Stacy Rodriguez was my attorney some years back. She helped me get my daughter back, and then I fell back into my addiction. When she was assigned to me a second time, with two beautiful daughters taken this time, she treated me with dignity and respect. She had an uphill battle between the state and myself, but she never made me feel unworthy of her time and effort. I got my girls back and have been clean ever since. Stacy is the attorney you want in your corner. She'll tell you what you don't want to hear, but need to be told. And she'll fight for you.

This lawyer played a part in the separation of my family. She isn't inclusive or mindful of family relationships and encourages her clients to make detrimental life changing decisions without their families.

Be mindful of what you share on your Facebook Page, she'll read it. She is very full of herself, and thinks herself irreplaceable. . She read my opinions on Facebook about her total lack of communication, not returning calls, and totally abusing power with my child to bully her into plea bargains, Instead of using that feedback to improve, she verbally attacked me and told me that the only reason that she continued to represent my child was that she liked her, much to my childs detriment. I'm glad she can be "Cool" with the kids, but legally, zero protection for a child in my opinion.

She also seems to have quite the friendship going with opposing counsel. If this is your child's lawyer, and you want to keep a good relationship with that child, do all you can to get your child a new lawyer.

Can not get ahold of, the voice mail isn't even long enough to leave a call back number let alone a name and the reason you called
