I had a wonderful experience at Valley Neighborhood Dental Center today. I was X-Rayed by Lacy who was so nice and courtesy. She didn't just "rush"me through the procedure, but instead made me feel quite comfortable. The doctor was kind and gentle. He explained the complete procedure. Oh, and let me not forget the front desk, they were very nice. I would recommend this Dental Office for the whole Neighborhood of Palmer.

Dr. Malcom carefully explained everything before starting a procedure, regularly checked in on my well-being, and presented available options. Best dental experience in 57 years

The staff is workable and so cool! And the dentist is so kind, and is a perfectionist also always makes sure to do as much as he can each appointment! I totally recommend them 100%!

Went in for a check up and afraid of getting a root canal, as told from my last provider, and Dr. gave a different opinion. So, left the place relieved! Besides everyone there are just so nice!

After relocating to the area, we settled on Valley Neighborhood Dental to establish care. As a medical professional, I was impressed with the care and thoughtfulness at intake and stepping in the door… and more so at the thorough assessment and examination — and in all my years and dentists - not one has taken the time to look much beyond the X-ray films. Not only was I put to ease, but truly feel I have competent care for me and my family.

Dr. G is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. If I didn't live in NY I'd travel there evety six months. I call him the tooth whisperer. You won't regret going.

The staff were all very nice. My wife and I booked our visits together as first time patients. The desk ladies were great checking us in and out. The dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist all explained what they were doing as they worked with us and why. I recommend anybody looking for a dentist to come here.

My new patient experience this afternoon at Valley Neighborhood Dental in Palmer, AK was refreshing. As soon as I arrived, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days. Each person introduced themselves before sending me to the back exam rooms. That really means a lot to me. The whole team was informative and accommodating in every way. Patient care comes first and the whole team nailed it! I felt like I have been a patient there for years.
Thank you for making me feel welcome and completely comfortable. That is saying a lot because I do not like the dentist office.

I saw Dr Giauque and his assistant Felicity today. They both made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Valley Neighborhood Dental Center. All the staff including Cindy and Jennifer are very friendly and helpful and the office is spacious and clean.

I had my first visit 8/9/23 and I'm hooked. Every person I spoke with was so kind and informative. Walked in expecting a cleaning and walked out with new friends. This is the first time I can say I'm excited for my next visit to the dentist.
