Valley Hotel & 24/7 Open Café

We went to the Caboose Lounge.
We ordered Chicken Fried Steak and the Bacon Chicken Breast sandwich with Swiss and a mimosa.
Good food. I would get those again.
Patrick is a great server/bartender. He's attentive and nice.
We haven't been disappointed yet 🙂

Love eating here when we are in Palmer! Great food in a very nice atmosphere. Server's are nice and friendly too.
We have never stayed in the room, though.

I have never stayed at Valley Hotel. I've only eaten at the restaurant. The staff is always nice and I believe it's Wednesday or Thursday they have Hungarian mushroom soup that is so amazing.

Great place to stay. Excellent breakfast lunch and dinner menu.

An iconic 75-year-old hotel and restaurant near the Palmer Train Depot with a view of the mountains, good food, and great service.

Very clean. Comfortable. Amenities well stocked. Website user-friendly. Ease of access. Located close to shopping and restaurants.

Nice clean room. Hide your tip for housekeeper so that the only one who cleans the room can get it, not for anyone who just steal it. That's the most problems in housekeeping industry. Other than that the room is small but clean and there is a cafe that you can order your food to eat. Wifi is slow. no elevator so you gotta drag your suitcase down from 3rd floor, 2nd floor, 1st floor to lobby lol.

Went yesterday with my sister and her family. The food was great! Excellent burger with crispy bacon and fresh lettuce and tomato. Fries were crispy and delicious! Michelle was attentive without being overbearing, and she kept the drink refills coming. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people!

Always a fun place to go eat at 2am, food is not super high quality, but it works when it's 2am 😂

My breakfast with friends in the Caboose lounge was great. Phillip took great care of us, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy.

I highly recommend this somewhat hidden gem.

We love that it’s 24/7! We come in there after 4 wheeling and no one cares we’re a mess. I take clients there so we can break bread and get to know each other a bit more. The food is amazing!

I come here to work in the evenings when I need internet but everything else is closed. The waiters and staff are always friendly and the food is always pretty good. The prices are typical for Alaska, and you can definitely find some lighter things on the menu for under $10. The internet always works well. My only problem is I can't drink the burnt coffee they have, so I usually have to stick with tea.
Also, I have no idea what the rooms look like :)

It has the best restaurant food around and the food service is top notch. One of my top choices for food in the area. I go for the food I have not stayed at the hotel. I can’t answer for the rooms or the room service.

I have never booked a room before but it being the valleys only 24/7 restaurant, it's a good place to just go if you want to get out of the house at like 2am. I suggest the corn fritters and honey butter. The fries are good too.

Great food with a huge selection of good old home cooked and country style food. Comfort food 100%

It's a nice little quaint place to stay. I never stayed there before but I had breakfast there in the past. Everyone is really friendly and great service. I suggest bringing your own alcohol. It may be a little steep for some. Aces!

The restaurant is amazing and the workers are amazing as well and the cooks are on point

Good place to pick up food, staff is friendly for the most part except for the front desk woman. she's not nice at all and is on a power trip over the liquor store. 👎

I didn't stay at the hotel but ate in the Cafe, and may I recommend a pizza. Mine I tried a chicken bacon ranch, had them add onions and cheddar, but the best idea came from my server to top it with the garlic oil they have and I can't even describe how awesome it tasted, or remember a better flavor experience with a Za!!

Well my experiences goes back to 1965 maybe earlier. It was always the place to go in the Palmer area and since the Kincaid family has taken it over it has taken a definite Improvement it is most recognize landmarks. I've been a big fan of the Valley Hotel all my life.
