I got a caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle and the blend was so spot on. It felt like it was made with love.. lol. No chunks of ice at all! Usually there's at least some. This was like liquid ice. And consistent! It was beautiful. There were multiple brain freezes.. lol. It was delicious. And to think that I usually go to Wasilla. Driving to Palmer was totally by chance. 🥰 [01.26.24 @ 930pm]

This palmer McDonald's has constantly done a good job. They keep it clean and you can tell it's under good management. Just fix your lobby hours please. Closing lobbies at 8 p.m. is no fun. Other than that good job

Very fast, considering how extremely busy it was, and both of the ladies who worked the drive through windows were very nice and helpful. BIg thumbs up for service!

The fastest McDonalds Drive Thru in Alaska. The employees always have a smile. This McDonalds hires local high school kids and that's very helpful for education outside the classroom.

Before leaving Palmer for that morning commute stop by for breakfast.

I thought the food tasted better than most McDonald’s. They forgot my tomatoes and were very polite about it, brought me tomatoes and an apple pie.

I unfortunately eat here more than I probably should for my waistline but I've had nothing but great experiences here. Staff are well trained and friendly and my order is always correct. Props to the management and props to the staff you guys are standing out above the rest.

I got there during the lunch rush so I did expect a bit of a wait. Once I got to the windows, however, my order was all set and accounted for! The burger was delicious, it had a decent amount of all the fixings. McDonald's fries are still great!

I have to admit that the management is on top of everything and very much above any other fast food chain that I have experienced.
The management seems to be in control and is assuring that the employees are very customer service oriented. It's hard to give any Fast Food chain a 5 Star rating, but the one in Palmer, Alaska is well deserving. Great Customer service seems to be a Priority! I'm very glad to give them a 5 Star rating.

Love the improvements! Thank you for being healthier than the old days and for resurrecting McDonalds after the earthquake! It took some time but worth the wait with all the very cool improvements! Style, future tech, and express drive through!

Recently upgraded inside and out with self-serve kiosks, ect., this Mac is state of the art for fast food.

Update - I just spent a full hour going through this McDonalds. Yes, it was Saturday morning, but needing 5-10 minutes per car service is excessive.

Fast food in Alaska is like no fast food i ever had. It is better. I hope it stays that way. Service is always good despite this being one of the busiest fast food places I have ever been to in my life.

Okay, you're not going to get a five star meal here, it is, after all, McDonald's. However, I give it give stars because they were exactly what I expect from a McDonalds, and what I rarely see in Florida McDonald's anymore. Isaac was friendly and efficient taking the DT order, Roman was equally good at filling it. The lot was clean, the manager was visible and working alongside the staff, the food was out pronto, and was hot and tasty. I think the last time I enjoyed a McDonald's meal was in 2018, also in Alaska (Eagle River). Nice to see that employees and managers still care about providing quality service

Location has really improved service. For more than a decade, the service here was absolutely horrible. Maybe increased competition or better management or ownership is the cause. Congratulations on turning a truly awful and shameful restaurant into an option for the community.

Decided to try this resto the other day. I was browsing through their well listed menu and came across the 'McDouble' so I chose this as my option. It was rather filling and I was quite impressed. If you haven't tried the 'Mcdouble' sandwich, then i highly recommend. I was not paid or have not received any compensation of any kind when writing this review. Thanks, Levi Farris.

I like how fast the services of all the McDonald’s this is probably the best one to dine in it’s very clean there’s no lawyers around. The staff is always happy either friendly. It’s a typical McDonald’s but no play place and a little quieter because it’s in Palmer which I appreciate and they carry breakfast items that not all McDonald’s carry so that’s a plus.

Breakfast was good and coffee was hot! Drive thru was busy, but we moved pretty quickly. Wish the Palmer traffic was as fast through construction.
