Front desk makes me feel so welcomed when I arrive. Also, I get seated with Ivy and we get to physical therapy right away. Ivy listens to me and shows me techniques to get relief from my pain. I look forward to my visits as I have learned so much from Ivy. Staff is happy and I am happy when I leave. Thank you for that!

Sarah immediately put me at ease. She had taken the time to review my notes and asked me questions to fill in any gaps to get the info needed to custom fit my plan. She was knowledgeable, personable, and I felt like I was in good hands with a professional who had a grasp of my specific needs and the heart to want to help meet those needs.

Select is always ready when it is our time to get therapy. they are kind and work well with us. There are always the best exercise and they have the equipment and knowledge to use it well.

I had both knees replaced and did my pt here in Palmer at select physical therapy. I can’t recommend everybody here highly enough. They made it fun to go with the friendly atmosphere. I worked with Justin and Brandon and both are very knowledgeable.

I have been attending here at the clinic for four visits and am very pleased with my treatment and progress. They teach me what exercises will strengthen my weakest muscle and make certain that I do them correctly to get maximum effect. I am given clear direction. In addition, when I do experience pain, they are careful to explain why it happens and why it will pass. This alleviates any worry in my head that I am damaging myself, and allows me to push through the discomfort and get well. I was very atheletic before I was injured. They are helping me understand how the injury has affected me and how to craft a new way of staying fit. My confidence in my body’s abitlity to bounce back has been restored. I know I have a ways to go before I am fully recovered, but I know I am on the right track to recovery with my therapist.

I walked in with really painful sciatica and walked out nearly free of pain. I’ve been treating for a few weeks now and overall, I’m much improved. The sciatica comes back but at least I’m not in the constant pain that I was in before physical therapy. I’m looking forward to becoming 100% pain free.

Everyone at Select Physcial Theapry is AWESOME! Cheryl has helped me so much with pre and post op PT! She is so amazing and really cares about each individual. I couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of me! It’s an awesome small town family feel here! Highly recommend to anyone with PT needs!
