I was greeted as soon as I walked in then asked if I needed help finding anything. The employee took me to the location of the item I needed and explained each items pros and cons. Check out was easy and I got a free hat.

Everything comes with a warranty employees that are willing to do pretty much anything that you ask him as long as it's not illegal or something that's going to get them fired might be a little bit expensive but that's only because of the warranty

Always courteous and helpful. The rewards program is nice plus they have a military discount. I find my self choosing them as my primary go to for auto parts and tools.

Great parts store! Knowledgeable staff, decent prices, great customer service. There are sales on tools on occasion which is also pretty nice.
