He is very knowledgeable and will take care in advising you every step of the way while your vehicle is being serviced.

My GMC truck broke down far, far from home. Angel Perez, his brother Christian, and everyone in the Tasca dealership in Melbourne treated me like I was family. Angel arranged a rental car for my convenience and paid for by GMC. My truck was repaired- expertly detailed and now I’m back on the road! Thank you!

Experience with the service department has always been great. Friendly, prompt customer service and they kept me informed of the status and progress of my vehicle throughout its time there. Brian Cardin has gone above and beyond to find out what was going on with my vehicle when it was difficult to pinpoint. He located the problems and had me set for the repair work as soon as the parts came in. I’m sure anyone else would have told me that there was nothing they could find with the car and stopped there. My boyfriend and I had an exceptional experience with Tasca!
We live in Saint Cloud Florida two and a half hours away. Online we found a trade in we really liked and wanted to see. I called and got in touch with Joseph Swiger who kept in contact all day regarding the vehicle inspection outcome and all of our questions. We arrived at 6:30 pm and the customer service was exceptional especially knowing they had already worked a full day stayed to assist us. We were completely impressed with the truck and Melonie Wilkerson the finance manager walked us through the financial side of the purchase. She was very knowledgeable and worked with our budget! Thankful for this experience we would definitely come back!

Was treated with respect, William Flood was my Service Advisor. He took the time to listen to my requests and needs as he guided me to narrowing down my choices of vehicles and even opened my eyes to a vehicle I didn’t even know about. He was careful to explain all the amenities of each auto. He even helped me get the proper apps on my phone. The manager & the Finance officer made sure to come over and introduce them selves. I am new to the area an have a 2021 GMC SIerra 1500. I pulled into the service drive for my 830am appointment at around 8, but they still got me going right away. My service writer was Brian and he did all he could to welcome me to the area with a smile. The service was fast and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this dealership. Not only do I bring my GMC I purchased here for service, but I bring my wife’s vehicle which is not even a GMC. Service department is always on time and very professional. Brian treats every customer like they have been friends for years and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.

Tasca recently finished their remodel of the service department and it turned out nicely . Comfortable and well stocked. Emmett has been my service advisor since I bought my Yukon new in 2022 and he is always helpful, kind and throrough. He responds quickly to me by text and always tries to work with my crazy schedule. He takes my concerns seriously and he makes sure to take care of anything I need. My experience with Tasca has been great and I would buy my next car from them in a heartbeat.

First off Kelly Falbo customer service was everything. She listened to what my issues were with my vehicle and was able to get the attended to as needed by the service mechanic. Her communication went beyond the drop off, she stayed in contact before and after a major holiday. That was truly appreciated. At the end of the repairs on my vehicle, the dealership went the extra step to do a complimentary clean.

I am in Florida for the winter. Bought my car in MA. Had a tire that was slowly leaking air. Kelly Falbo was great on the phone and in person. Got my car in and they found a nail in the tire. Patched the tire and even washed the car for me. Great service all around!

I want to start with I am a manager of a marine repair facility train people in customer service and know the value of a knowledgeable employee (especially parts)and also one that is pleasant and helpful on the phone! Big shout out to Dan in parts. I had called for a part I so desperately needed ASAP another dealer had advised me of the incorrect part number Dan asked my info discovered the other shops mistake and understood what I needed per the conversation and to top it off Dan had the part that nobody had saving me a massive problem. Dan thank you for a great job hopefully the dealership gives you a high five for your outstanding service . You guys have my business from now on!

100% Online buyer, never set foot in the store so cannot comment on anything related to the facility. Joe & Chad were great, my new to me pre-owned XT6 looks new anyway and the condition was much better than anticipated. Came with everything listed, all documents were done through a secure system so no need to worry about your personal info getting hijacked. After several hiccups trying to buy online elsewhere, this experience was perfect.
