Sheraton Reston Hotel

I have stayed at this property twice and I love it. The staff consistently goes above and beyond and makes me feel very welcomed as a guest. I'd like to recognize all of the front desk staff and Sara for being so accommodating. I was travelling and needed a quiet space to work and was put up in a lovely little office space just off the lobby! The rooms are super clean and very, very spacious. I've eaten the burger twice at Provisions and have been very satisfied. I got a room deal with breakfast included and it was delicious! I highly recommend and will makes this my go to property when I'm traveling in the area. Thank you!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and everything worked. The reason I have five stars is the staff! Wonderful people who really seem to enjoy making customers happy. From check in, to the bar, to the shuttle driver, every single person was outstanding! I will definitely be back.

This is my go-to hotel for work travel in the area. Helpful and friendly staff and nice large rooms. Parking is convenient and it's close to food options and the airport. Lately prices have been very reasonable, but they do vary depending on your travel dates. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by two lovely ladies at the desk. They had made some spiced cider and cookies, and were happy to be working there during the holiday season. Rooms are spacious and clean. For me I want to walk around the room barefoot and had no problem doing that here. One of the better fitness centers I’ve seen in a hotel. Had Pelotons and lots of other cardio options. Not many weight lifting machines, but plenty of free weights. If you like to be near the action but not in it this is a great hotel choice. About a mile from RTC.

The service was great…professional and friendly. Rooms clean and modern. Perfect for minimalist. This is a great location if you are visiting Reston or scheduled for meetings in DC. Shopping nearby and major interstate for easy travel. It was a little noisy at first in the room above guest.
This location has great meetings spots downstairs for business. I would recommend this location. Parking is FREE.
Suggestions : Please consider adding more lighting for side parking.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Reston Virginia over the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms are just beautiful and the staff was excellent and readily available to assist me with all of my needs. I had an issue with my TV and there head engineer at the hotel, Nitesh was very prompt and courteous, and resolved the issue within a timely manner. He provided me with excellent customer service. Also, I would like to say that Pui, Who works at the front? Desk was very pleasant and asked for my feedback doing a checkout process. I will highly highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Reston Virginia area.

Friendly staff and clean hotel! Location was great as well. Will be staying here again in the future. I appreciate the regular sized bottle of hand soap instead of a bar soap like other hotels ;)

I stayed at this property for a business event, and we had our meetings in a conference room as well. Overall, this was an extremely nice property. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, and the facility was very comfortable and extremely well appointed.

The room is clean and comfortable. It was plenty of space in the bathroom was substantially upgraded, which I appreciated.

Parking was easy which is not always the case with hotels in this part of the state. In the case of the Sheraton, you simply just park in a spot available behind the building there’s no need to register your license plate or post any type of permission as far as I can tell.

Security was very well handled as your room key grants access for various parts of the building. We had breakfast and lunch on property as part of our business function and a cocktail reception in the evening outdoors - everything was excellent.

The front desk did have a line for check in on several occasions that I observed, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you are a member of the Marriott Bonvoy club, your Internet is free.

This is a beautifully remodeled hotel nestled in trees and next to some other big buildings. Plenty of parking and a Wegmans right down the road. I have stayed here twice and really enjoy the aesthetics of the decor and the room. The little breakfast area is nice for a coffee (very strong). I appreciated the customer service- everyone was very friendly. Shout out Rana Kurl and the ladies and gentleman at the morning coffee area!

At the heart of this facility is clean, modern rooms with friendly staff (front desk, bar, maintenance team). Just a couple minor issues (for me) such as the water pressure in the updated shower (which was very nice looking), and not having the ability to order room service so I could work from the room.

Every person at this hotel was helpful and nice and provided Service with a smile. The room was very comfortable and clean. They have an on-site restaurant and bar. The location is perfect to get to many of the sites in Reston.

The hotel facility was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay at the property. The room and bathroom were clean and very modern. The staff was kind and helpful and addressed all of our needs. We will definitely return to this hotel in future stays.

In my top 3 hotels. And I've stayed at many and was quiet impressed with this one. Parking is close and free. Outside isn't too impressive but inside is completely upgraded, fresh, new and extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, upgraded since I was here some years ago. Rain shower heads, nice! We had an issue with our heater and they moved us to a new room right away. I wish the food could be a bit better, but this is located to so many options.

I had an excellent stay here. The rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom shower was great, love the rain head. Free parking is convenient and seemed secure. Check-in staff was fantastic and accommodating when I missed a flight. There was some wind noise in my room, but I'm not going to count it against the hotel (since I didn't ask for a different room). The hotel is close to the highway, shopping and restaurants are nearby. I would stay here again.

The renovation has done wonders to this hotel. New go to place for a stay before/after a flight to Dulles. Very easy access to the airport and rental car locations, in a quiet location. Rooms after renovation are excellent, very clean and the bathroom is probably the best you can find anywhere near Dulles Airport. Efficient staff, parking is across the road.

The staff was very accommodating and super sweet and hospitable. My family’s power was out a little over 2 days due to a recent snow storm. They made sure we were comfortable, that we had everything we needed, and the check in process was stress free. I will definitely be staying again but hopefully not due to the recent circumstances.

Update December 2023.
Praise given when it's due and yes, I've decided to give the Sheraton another trial simply because I love this hotel. Location and amenities are excellent and Patrick, the manager. Genuinely came through and made this Xmas worthwhile. The August issue was rightfully rectified and we were warmly welcome thus putting this hotel back on my top list. Thank you Patrick and thank you Karen at the upstairs beautiful lounge for the warm and superb welcome. I will be back.

Update Aug 14 2023 7 month post stay and first review.

It us truly sad that once a business acquires good ratings and recommendations, the trend seems to go downhill thereafter and I am unsure why. Upon checking in, I was told that there will be no hot water from 8am to 4pm today Monday Aug 14. No offers of reduction in price till the manager Patrick was called after I argued.
We were given breakfast voucher and a reduction of $68 from the total bill. Upon entering room 688 a horrible smell was present and the carpet was drenched in water. We were promptly relocated to another room.

Next time in October, will have to try another hotel nearby. No one at the front desk smiled certainly not Ekisara ( contrary to the crew previously encountered ) and if Patrick does have a somewhat high position with Marriott, he seriously needs a brush up in his customer service skills.

This is a pitty because the 2 previous stays were quite pleasant. Now I will need to wait till I check out in a few days to ensure I receive the $68 reduction in price.

A lovely renovated hotel which surpassed all of our expectations. Pleasant employees, clean rooms, tastefully renovated along with a great location. Close to IAD, great shopping at Tysons corner in Mclean and DC. Will not disappoint !
