Harris Teeter

Reasonably priced items. Good variety. But most of all, the most helpful, and friendliest of staff and the best of service. You cannot beat the experience at Harris Teeter. One thing though, wishing the fruit pie selections are broadened.

Good place to order cakes and cupcakes as there not as expensive as other stores and cake base taste great.

Plenty of fresh produce and the shelves are always well stocked. For lunch, there are several hot and cold food options including Asian bar, oven baked pizza (by slice or whole pie), salad bar and made to order sandwiches. Located walking distance from the Reston Town Center.

I've been coming to this Harris Teeter for many years. The store is clean and the selection is good. The cashiers are always very nice, and if a manager sees more than a few people in line, they're very good about opening another lane. I use grocery pickup as well, and it's easy, and the food I get is very fresh. If you are unhappy with something you bought, it's very easy to return it.

Very clean. Lots of product selections. Like the Discount card savings.
Flower shop is great. Good prices & fresh flower arrangements that are full.

A great experience going into this supermarket they have a great choice of products, staff friendly and helpful they do serve breakfast lunch and dinner to go and also a handful of other very interesting delights.

I shop here often. Everything is easy to find and staff are always helpful when you need them. Checkout is usually less than 5 minutes on the self checkout machines. And their food bar is great! I've uploaded a photo of their pharmacy hours.

Harris teeter is the superior grocery store in the area for brand variability and variety. They always have lots of options on the international aisle, not as much as hmart but nice selection for a normal grocery store. They also have humane certified chicken which is nice not to have to trek all the way to Whole Foods!

Being a visitor from Australia i find these HT stores one of my favourite supermarket chains in the US. Quality and well selected merchandise and produce. Good and friendly service. This store was no exception. May not be the cheapest supermarket but you get what you pay for, no disappointments here.

I was told about their prime rib special so we went to try it. apparently it ends at 7 and I didn’t know. I showed up at 7:15…. Barry Was so kind he ended up getting me one from the back as they were cleaning up. Thanks for making our evening and your general kindness for others!

Love them. Easy to get to and huge amount of parking. There's always something on sale that I want😉. Plus yll keep sending me $10 off when I spend more then $50

HT delivered superb customer service today. After a bit of a rocky start with my online delivery order the HT team could not have been more responsive in providing a solution. Within an hour my confidence was restored; thanks very much to the HT organization for understanding how important customer satisfaction is - both to its business and the general well being of their shoppers.

Great store wish they were open later still but I get it. Jackie is awesome, didn't have a receipt so she took the time to go through my vic card orders and find the purchased items. Top notch customer service. She also has a great work ethic! Everything done before she leaves, quite admirable, ought to give her a raise!

This was a very organized store. Staff was friendly. It is in a good location. I would definitely recommend this place.

I really love this grocery store. I've been shopping at a competitor for ages and have been very disappointed in their selection and staff - I recently started coming to HT about two months ago and I just can not get enough! The staff is friendly, the shelves are full of interesting products that I "need", the deli and meat department always have somebody available. HT isn't the closest grocers to my house, but it's well worth the drive.

2022 update: HT is still my go to store for cheeses, beer, and the seafood department.

I drive past at least 6 grocery stores to go to the Reston Harris Teeter. I have found the produce to be consistently fresh and the seafood department has the best quality of anywhere in the region. The main reason I prefer this store is the people. The staff and cashiers are always very polite and personable.

Good prices. They surprise me with their range of new products. Mostly helpful, friendly people. Superior pharmacy staff--100% knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, always have a smile for the customer. Salad, sushi, and hot bars are very good , as are the artisan breads and seafood dept. Organic and natural products are well priced and are increasing all the time. Most of all, however, I go out of my way to go there because the people are friendly and helpful. I enjoy my interactions with them. Grocery shopping becomes relaxing and pleasant.

Always friendly and they usually have everything I need. Prices are a little higher than some others, but for meat & fish, the quality is the best!
