Lansdowne Family Dental - Implant and Cosmetic Dentist

I’m not sure where to start other than the beginning. I called and it started all with the girls at the front desk. Absolutely nice as can be and was able to get me immediately. I have a quite a few issues with my teeth and as soon as The doctor walked into the room. I don’t know how but I Felt at ease. He literally spent an hour with me and explained everything going on with my teeth and mind you I am a very anxious patient. This was just a consultation, but as soon as I walked out that door and he gave me every single possible answer without me even having to ask a question I knew that I found my dentist forever. Thank you so much and I will see you the end of this month.

The management and doctors have great soft skills. I’m someone people used to say was ‘afraid of the dentist’. I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable with a dental team in my adult life. The staff and doctors were very welcoming and helpful. They did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and taking X-rays as well as explaining the recommended and the benefits of the recommended treatment. I felt very comfortable at dr. Elosta’s office.

This is my second visit for a follow up cleaning and new treatment plan. The staff is super friendly and I love their recommendations for every day care. My husband and I are super happy to have found this team for our dental care.

A very good experience. The entire staff is cooperative, understanding, and specialized in their tasks. Especially Dr. Wael Al-Osta, who is understanding and gives all the time to explain and comprehensive. He is an excellent Dr and I recommend everyone to work with him and his practice

Dr. Elosta is a perfectionist. He would not settle for anything less than ideal, however long it takes. He helped me with some of the dental issues that had been bothering me for a long time. I'd highly recommend.

Guest Service is very kind and flexible. Megan the Technician was very understanding and accommodating to my health needs. Her bed side manner was fantastic. I felt very well cared for!

Loved my first visit with Lansdowne Family Dental. The entire staff was so courteous and friendly from the hygienist to Dr. Elosta. The real MVPs however are the ladies at the front desk. Initially I had an appointment scheduled for 2/20 but they texted me weekly (per my request) with earlier appointments that were available. I said no to no less than 7 earlier appointments yet they still texted to get me in earlier. Dr. Elosta was very knowledgeable and friendly addressing all my concerns. My hygienist took her time with my cleaning and told me any time there was an optional treatment that would render an out of pocket cost. So glad I selected them as my dentist after moving to the area!

I was referred here by my wife. She and my kids had a great experience here. The office was very clean. Staff seemed organized and knowledgeable. Hugo was really personable, professional, efficient, and thorough.
Dr. Elosta was great. Also very friendly and personable. He and Hugo took the time to explain everything to me, and took care to work within the confines of my insurance, or are me aware of there would be any out-of-pocket cost.

I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

It’s not feeling n to go to the dentist, but they make it a little easier.

My only complaint, I behaved, but didn’t get a toy from the prize box. J/k.

As soon as I walk in, I was greeted with smiles. I felt welcome. Dr Elosta and his staff are pleasant and treated me gently and kindly. I am so happy with their service and gladly recommend!

Dr.Elosta is a top of-the-line dentist. He has expanded his office and his staff. His is a great, clean, up-to-date, consistent and top-of-the-line facility. He is a great doctor that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Scheduled my mom as a new patient. Mom had an emergent dental issue occur and office was able to accommodate the next day and included the cleaning appointment too. Very customer oriented and much appreciated. The staff and Dr. Elosta very patient, professional and kind to my mom. I greatly appreciate this. Landsdown Family Dentistry is an excellent establishment. I have been going here for the past six years and have never been disappointed. Their staff is always professional, on time for appointments, they take the time to explain procedures, and answer questions, and the care they provide is outstanding. Shout out to MJ who completed my latest cleaning. She was wonderful. I highly recommend this office!

Lansdowne family got my college son in quickly for an appointment before returning back to school. I appreciate them working with me on short notice.

Dr. Ward is amazing! I saw her in an emergency lost tooth situation and she made sure that I was able to leave her office looking great! Her assistant was also excellent and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Ward and her assistant were so kind and gentle. The staff were also very kind and personable.

I don’t like doctors... but these people make me feel calm, and relax. They aren’t pushy like other places I’ve been. They are friendly, and welcoming. The doctors are really nice, and friendly as well, don’t hesitate and go for a visit.
