Super 8 by Wyndham Front Royal

Front desk lady was super super sweet. The room/hotel could definitely use an upgrade, but it was convenient for us needing a room for a night. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but again, for a night we were happy.

Friendly staff. Good rooms for price. Nearby grocery store and places to eat. Microwave and fridge and coffee maker in the room and basic breakfast.

Great location for outdoor enthusiasts. Dog friendly and the rooms have all of the basic needs. Our room was clean and everything worked as it should. Free breakfast. The best part about our stay was tye super friendly staff. Everyone we met was kind and gave off an air of happiness and contentment. This hotel is no fuss no frills just solid where it needs to be.

For the price, this was a good place to stay. Everything seemed clean, and they came and cleaned our room during our two night stay. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but was decent for the price of the hotel. One problem we encountered was that a lot of the outlets in our room didn’t work. They do let dogs into the building so this would not be a good option for individuals with allergies. Overall we had a good experience at the hotel.

I was recently employed here... This a family owned hotel and one of the most understanding managers you'll ever have! I've worked for some shady a$$holes in the past. Not here! Unfortunately, due to some health issues, I had to leave. But, I didn't want to leave without letting people know how my experience was. They will try to help with customer service and their employees in anyway they can! I am proud to say that I once worked here! I wish I could've stayed...

Looks remodeled, fresh paint, vinyl flooring and modern linens. Beautiful black and white photos. Pet friendly and friendly staff. Interior corridors, well lit. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lacking and quite a ways off the highway are the down sides.

Great experience staff friendly; clean rooms, accommodated our dog and our needs well. VERY close to Shenandoah National Park. The skyline drive is beautiful! Make sure you check out Luray caverns while you’re in the area.

Overall a great experience and would stay at this hotel again.

A great halfway point in our family’s travels from PA to NC. Cheap, clean rooms and floors, comfortable beds, cute newly renovated rooms, kind staff. Good breakfast and our kids like the pancake conveyer belt! Close to lots of fun activities and pretty countryside. And don’t miss the apple cider donuts at Apple House down the street!

Clean and safe. Wasn’t expecting luxury of course but was pleased with the accommodation for a basic nights stay. And it’s right next to Saga and Spelunkers so A+ on location!

Hiking the Appalachian trail and needed a place to stay. Not a bad option. Breakfast was pretty basic but did the job. Love their pancake making machine! That was fun.

Great stay. And absolutely superb location. Spelunkers is a 45 sec walk across the street for dinner and Dunkin Donuts is just another 1 min walk away for breakfast. I was able to get into Shenandoah at the crack of dawn because of this great hotel.

Had difficulty finding a hotel in Front Royal that was soft on the wallet AND a good sleep.The reviews are really not accurate for some of the hotels. Found it at last. Room was very good - but not perfect, very clean, the beds were great condition, the linen and towels were great and none smelled "wierd". We had this wonderful young lady "Ria" check us in. Very nice. Pretty smile too. The walls are thin, but I slept through no problem as nobody was partying. With the design of one way in, one way out I think that helps control the people. Bottom line - very nice - for the price, and that folks is the key. To get both. We will stay here on our New York / South Carolina trips from now on.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. For the surprisingly low price that we found through Expedia our experience exceeded the expectations. Nice and clean interior (our room and common areas), friendly personnel, quality modest continental breakfast. At nights when we arrived to the hotel to rest we discovered enough available parking spots next the front entrance. Overall, this is the lodging place we would recommend to others.

Place is very clean and front end ppl helpful and convenient to mcDonalds,Burgerking, Dunkin Donuts, great burger joint called Sperlunkin?Gas station and Grocery store great location great hotel all of these placescwithbin walking distance also there if Martains (giants) you can walk to
Dont forget to stop at two fat butchers on the way and get some great fresh cut meat
CSR wash is also close by. This is a great location for this hotel

First time in Front Royal, was headed south and stopped for the night. Nice rooms and a fair breakfast for free. Friendly and helpful staff. Will use this place whenever passing through.

Nice motel, rooms in good shape. Very close to entrance to Shenandoah. Lots of food options within walking distance, grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. Would stay again if I'm back in Front Royal.

A great value hotel in the area. The staff is quite friendly. There aren't many hotels in the area that have a breakfast included, so that was the selling point for me. A special thanks to Mark at the front desk. He went out of his way to help me work out my reservation.

We needed three beds. We called the hotel, they had a suite for $69. Incredible value. The staff was helpful telling us where the good food places were in town. Will be back!
