Loudoun County Magistrate

not sure about anyone else’s experiences but mine personally was awful to the point where I STILL think about my situation today, 3 years later. Back in 2020, I was going through familial issues in which escalated to emotional abuse. I wanted to press charges and while the magistrate, RUBEN ATADERO wanted to see my side of the story, he was extremely rude and shut my side down immediately. I thought it was absolutely disgusting in which a magistrate, someone who is supposed to enforce JUSTICE had the audacity to silence a victim of abuse. They had yelled at me to get out as they did not some seem to understand that I had already been traumatized prior to visiting Magistrate; the trauma in which I wanted to report. Ruben Atadero is a pathetic excuse to be seated at the face of Justice, especially to dismiss the voice of a victim of abuse. I had always thought highly of the Justice System in Loudoun County, but unfortunately, Ruben Atadero is one of the many examples of a disgustingly rotten justice system. These are the type of actions that prolong corruption and while my familial matters may be solved now, may God have mercy on your rotten soul and shame on you.
