As soon as I walked in the door with my two grandsons, one of the staff members immediately came over and started helping. Spent the time explaining things to my one grandson, who really enjoys fishing. I will be going back for the free fly rode fishing courses I can’t say enough about how nice and helpful the staff was.

This is one of the best Orvis stores I've ever visited. Besides great fishing tackle and gear they offer regular instruction in fly fishing and fly tying - all at no charge! The personal attention of their staff reminds me of the old family owned neighborhood tackle shops that I knew and loved growing up!

The shop employees are always a great resource for fly recommends for the local fishing spots. Very high quality gear and supplies.

This store is so beautifully organized. The clothes are folded perfectly and the clothes on hangers are perfectly spaced. Staff is very helpful and very knowledgable about all of the products. They do classes on fly fishing.

I returned some items that were gifts and I did not have the receipt or much information about which Orvis stores they were purchased . But the person helping me was understanding and I could return the items without any problems. In fact he even helped me order some items online so that I do not have to pay the shipping. I have been to other Orvis stores but this one is the best. The people working here are very nice and friendly and make it so easy to shop. I will definitely return again.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeble of the clothing they sell. Although pricy, they have a great selection of apparel and some fishing gear, as well. I go here when I'm in need of a quality gift for my dad and they never let me down.

Great staff selling awesome products. If you need help or instruction on how something works they can teach you all about it. The best place for all your fly fishing and outdoor needs. I highly recommend them.
