Jonathan the pro desk manager is the most organized and professional individual I have had the pleasure of working with.
He always is prompt to help and I can see his leadership abilities. In addition he is incredibly patient with other customers. Especially the really rude customers that I have personally witnessed him deal with and yet remains 100% professional

I just wanted him to know how much I appreciate him, especially considering I count on him for large amounts of building materials purchased on a weekly basis. Anyway thanks to him and lowes👍

Since six years ago, I have been shopping at Leesburg Lowes frequently for my two major restoration projects. I've always found Lowe's staff to provide the best service. They are incredibly nice, informed, and helpful, especially Miss My favorites are Irma and Sharon❤

I visited the store yesterday. The manager there was very nice. Seth in lumber was professional and very polite. There was a gentleman in electrical and lighting that advised me on light selections which reduced my time for changing out old builders grade ceiling mount lights for LEDs.

I always go to this lowes whenever I am working in or around Ashburn primarily because of all of the pro desk employees. I'm a contractor and everyone (especially on morning shift) help me and my crew with anything we need as fast as possible. Last Friday I was pulled aside for the contractors breakfast and they gave me papusas for my whole crew, that in itself really brightened up my whole team's day. I have to give a special thanks to Anita who has worked with me for years and has always gone above and beyond with helping us and Andrea who will always go out of her way to help out with a smile. I don't want to diminish anyone else in the pro section because I have yet to find an unhelpful person, thank you all for working so hard.

I somehow prefer this home improvement store chain over the other one; I prefer their outdoors (especially plants) section. It's also the only place where I could find cedar mulch lately; it's a mix alright but still a million times better than those hideous colored toxic others.
My only wish? Would be nice if they carried better selection of backyard bird feeders+seeds and nicer landscaping materials.

One of the most amazing customer service experiences I have ever had. I went here to buy a grill, they put it together and loaded it in my truck, then wouldn’t take a tip.

As I was walking to the register AJ saw me carrying two bags of charcoal and took it from me and carried it for me.

Daniel in outdoors was incredible and went above and beyond. No more orange store for me.

Clean, helpful staff. The weather was unseasonably warm in December and I needed mulch and humus for a gardening project. Tractor Supply was out, but Lowe's was stocked.

Amazed that one sales associate could answer all my questions.

This store is so organized & the plants are very healthy. I have been to the other Lowe’s in the area and the plants are not taken care as well & the stores are very unorganized. It appears only the new stores are managed properly. I’ve been to other states, and all the stores are managed properly. It’s a little disappointing for me 5*

The store is well equipped & the staff is very helpful! It is very clean & well stocked.

I got some great help from the eletrical section in this store. The customer support expert helped me to pick the right circle breakers, the outlet and the wire for my car plug-in charger project.

Not being a huge home improvement store fan, i do really like this store. Its tidy, well lit, there is always help available, not overly crowded.. and the restrooms are conveniently located in the front of the store.

Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable in looking at refrigerators and they had good sales.

Drove and hour and half away to get flooring available only at this store, front desk employees were great, I was asked by 4 different employees if I needed help in probably 5 minutes! The man helped my husband load 50 boxes of flooring by hand and couldn’t have been any nicer! Great store.

Oscar in the Kitchen/Bath area is my new best friend! He showed me everything I needed in order to fix my shower head assembly. Without his help, I would’ve replaced the WHOLE shower head when I actually only needed to replace the connecting pipe between the shower head and wall pipe. Thanks, Oscar!! 🙏🙂

It would be nice if they would pick a layout and keep it that way...they keep moving things around. Overall still the best home improvement store in the area IMO (clean, bright, big, huge selection, etc).

Head Cashier Jordan and Daniel are nothing less than professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you for all you both do and not hesitating to help even if it’s not your area of coverage.

Customer service is great here. Josh was extremely helpful and guidance for my needs. I highly recommend asking for him if you need help he's very knowledgeable and relaxed.

Nice staff, they mostly know where things are and if they don't they actually try to help. Better lumber quality than Home Depot, they also have a section for if you want wood for more high quality/detail projects, like furniture. It's a decent selection, not as much as a specialty store, but good enough for most projects.

Good store but customers have ransacked the plumbing supplies. It took forever to find the right parts because they put them back in the wrong boxes, open sealed bags, generally made a mess. I'm not sure how you could prevent this. It might be a full time job keeping it straight.

It's a beautiful place to hang out. beers and wine are great. Beautiful son set views.
