Fantastic! My wife and I really enjoyed the experience at the Leesburg store. We walked leisurely around the whole store and never felt pressured to buy anything by the staff. After we found what we were looking for, a big comfy couch, Milan expertly handled the purchase. He walked us through the financing, made changes to the design to our wants, and we got a great discount. My wife finally got the couch she wanted and for a great price that doesn't break our budget.

I bought over several items. Excellent service especially from Nadia. That's for being the best of the best. She made it easy to shop and purchase. Thanks for you knowledge of the products and making my purchase so easy. Thanks so much for the communication and follow up too.

Fantastic customer service. Called ahead and talked to Cameron. Came in and spent a good amount of time finding exactly what we were looking for. It was not high pressure sales and was a great experience. We had our 4 daughters with us during our visit and they were very patient with our 4 young ones. Cameron was helpful and got us a great deal on a couch set and accent chair. When we ordered the couch wasn’t in stock but came in stock the next week. Delivery was very smooth as well. I got an email the day before the delivery with a delivery window. They delivered and setup the couches. It was so nice not to haul multiple couches out of a truck.

We ended up coming up the next week to buy a dresser, night stands, dining room chairs and another accent chair. Very smooth experience. When you come in, ask for Cameron!

Had a great experience at Ashley home furniture today. Mr. Yagnesh helped us find the tables and chairs we needed as we are doing a lot of renovations at our house. Got a great deal on two tables and chairs that we needed in a discounted bundle that Mr. Yagnesh put together. Very happy with the service and the cleanliness of the store. I was helped by Milan from start to finish - this was my first furniture purchase for my first home, and Milan was very helpful and informative, even went above and beyond with helping to look for furniture that was within our budget and also was the most popular. Milan is very responsive and professional, and I will definitely be shopping at this Ashleys again soon!
