I wanted to share my experience from working with Pam Vanderveer. I have owned several properties in Florida and worked with many realtors over the last 20 years. Pam is far and away the best agent we have worked with. As a seller of a property I am looking for good judgement, experience and advice. Pam did an initial walk-through and came up with a list of considerations and options that we had not previously considered. Her expertise was critical because we had so many offers and so many showings that we needed assistance choosing the best offer (not just based on value) but on probability to close. Everything went very smoothly and we closed our home in under 30 days. Pam is a great communicator and is easy to reach because she doesn't try to take on too many clients at one time. We would work with her again and have recommended her to several friends and family.
