Great customer service by all team members! I especially appreciate the young man who is the Dell rep there, that assisted me with my purchase of a new laptop. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient going over all the different specs for several models to ensure I made the best decision for my needs. Additionally, Marvin was very friendly and helpful. He is very attentive to the customer’s needs and explaining benefits of their technology packages offered. He went above and beyond with providing exceptional customer service. Thank you all very much!

I went to buy a phone. They have a lot of choices. I got a new phone from Google Pixel. It is amazing and easy to use. It is my first experience with g.pixel. The picture is very clear and I can edit it too, I love it.

Worked with Zayed In the TV section extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and gave me an awesome price on a TV purchase and several installation services for my condo...it's a shame they don't make commission because he certainly earned it!

This location had the breville juicer that I needed to ,actually they had other attachments that I need for my vitamix blender so I will definitely be back for another purchase and good service coming from Arlington Virginia it was worth it

This review is in regards to LG Electronics Company:
We purchased an LG refrigerator from this location, after 5 years of use the compressor failed. After reaching out to LG they promptly responded and attempted to have the refrigerator repaired at no cost to us. I’m thankful to LG Electronics for standing behind their electronics and providing good service.
The ONLY issue we encountered was LG hires independent technicians that “know” how to work on their products; however, these “technicians” are NOT professional and are extremely disrespectful. One of the companies assigned to our case was “American Appliance Services”. The man answering the phone was extremely rude and insulting and should not be given any business, he told me to shut the F up and to wait because I called them 4 times since they were avoiding me. They work out of Dumfries and barely speak or understand English.
Overall LG did great!

Marvin is the best! Helped us out on two separate occasions. Especially dealing with us, I applaud him because I know it took a lot of patience. Someone needs to give him a raise!

I always get my high end electronics from this store and their sales reps. always listen to customers to make sure they serve you better.

I've always been into music, but finally decided to get with vinyl. As a hip-hop head it's long over due and Mt purchase of ATLP60 was a gr8 house fully automatic record player paired with the Marshall Bluetooth speaker crystal clear amazing sound. If you decide to pair via Bluetooth instead of RCA cords this speak has a fully controlled EQ which is awesome. Such a powerful speaker and of course Pac's lyricism and passion. A gr8 purchase 👍🏿👍🏿

I had the pleasure of having KC install a TV in my car, and I must say, he exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was he incredibly smart and talented, but his customer service was truly outstanding. KC's expertise and attention to detail ensured a flawless installation, and he patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend KC for any technical needs; he's a true professional who goes above and beyond to deliver a remarkable experience.

After doing research online, I came in to purchase a computer that was listed as in-stock, in-store, with a floor model to experience. Everything was found as described online. There was a brief wait for a sales associate who approached me after she finished with a previous customer. The sales associate that helped me asked me the appropriate "upsell" questions and was not pushy when I declined. I really appreciate when sales staff recognizes different buying styles! I was in and out in quick order on a Saturday morning, and even though the store was busy, it appeared appropriately staffed. Other staff I passed by in-store were friendly and attentive. Will return to this convenient location for future needs!

As soon as I walked in a clerk asked if needed help. He walked me over to the desktop area and helped me pick the best desktop for my mother. He was very patient and understanding. Best customer service I’ve experienced at any Best Buy.

This is a wonderful Best Buy location. They are very tentative and quick to provide service. The floor is consistently clean and the shelves are organized.
