Superb 4.5 experience here at Haru's for early dinner.
From the generous serving of delightfully different ceviche with extra lime, to the splendidly fresh Alaska roll with King salmon, Toro tartare and topiko.

The lightly-fried Seabass with a mango bite was outstanding, and the Salmon Toro with sweet Nori a good combo.

The only disappointment was the Bluefin Toro Tartare on avocado and wasabi yuzu sauce - this was not one of our best toro's.

This place was awesome, first time visiting Melbourne and loved the food taste and presentation, excellent and quick service, live jazz music, good atmosphere, A+ place 100% recommended.

Excellent sushi. Worth a visit and is walking distance from the Hilton Double Tree. The toro sashimi specials were good and the Casanova roll was exceptional. The tuna and avocado appetizer was good too.

Came in on Tuesday night, they had live piano- which right away adds to the atmosphere.
Our server Rachael was helpful in picking items and accommodated less spicier option.
For appetizers we tried ceviche, sushi and scallops ( not the dynamite ones)
Scallops were delish, absolutely amazing!
Ceviche was a little bit too sweet, we would love more lime in it.
Sushi plate was great, very soft fresh taste of the fish.

For entree my bf had a grouper and he loved it, I had a seafood udon and it was great, also I need to mention that the bowl is gigantic and it’s better to share it.

Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Really phenomenal spot to eat properly prepared sushi. The menu offers good variety. There are curated specials and it seems seasonal ingredients are utilized. Our server (Jason) was intuitive to our needs and the food was certainly above par. Fantastic spot if you're in Indiatlantic or the greater Banana Beach area! Thanks, Haru!

This is a very good restaurant. Only open for dinner but is has a top notch sushi bar - real quality from pros and also a nice western menu. Great service nice atmosphere just a great place. Not cheap but not too bad. I highly recommend

I really enjoyed our waiter Matt. He was awesome and very knowledgeable about the food. I had the yellow tail for the start. Very freah and tasty. For round 2 I had the Pot stickers. Fried then steamed.

They were great. For the finish I had the $50 ultimate sushi/sashimi platter which was the best of the best. It was amazing. The TORO was breath taking. They don't serve the sushi or sashimi over ICE.

They let it "kind of" warm up so you can get the full flavor of what you're eating. I will be back here.

The sushi was delicious! It was top notch! I recommend sitting at the sushi bar especially if you have a lot of modifications! A bit too cold at the sushi bar. Fix the front door

Went on a Monday night for a family birthday. It was busy for a Monday. The server was very good, attentive and explained what everything was. I'm not a sushi expert but, I loved the cowboy roll consistenting of steak, avocado, and lightly battered fried lobster. Great taste and texture. My GF liked the Mahi Mahi with crab cake on top. She is discriminating about food and thought that the presentation was nice. The sushi boat was more like an ark. It was huge and satisfied four hungry adults. The slice of chocolate birthday cake was shared by all. I'm not a chocolate cake fan but this cake was pretty incredible. Don't miss the garlic edamade appetizer. My GF wished that she had ordered dressing for the salad on the side. I will be back!

Went for drinks and dinner. Awesome atmosphere. It's been a long time since I had such professional on point service and delicious food. Very experienced servers and top rated chef who knew his stuff.

Far and away the best, most consistently outstanding sushi place in the area. We lived here for years, and visited Haru almost weekly, and just came back after 4 years away, and it seems to have only gotten better.

Amazing selection, artistic preparation. The A5 Waygu sashimi was melt in the mouth, the Toro Tartare appetizer was exceptional. We shared an Omakase selection of sushi/sashimi that forced us to be quiet and slow down just to savor every piece.

Brian and Knox are absolute artists that bring a level of excellence to sushi in Melbourne that is unmatched.

Food was excellent. Service was spot on. The atmosphere was nice. They had a very good piano player. He was excellent too. Had a great time!

Loved this gem! Sushi was fresh and delicious. The service from Paul was kind and attentive, and the sushi chef Brian was very funny and sweet. Ambiance is very cute, a nice mix of upscale and slightly casual. Overall incredible experience that we'll return for!

5 star food, 5 star service. Absolutely loved the customer service that we received. Food came out very fast and tasted amazing. This restaurant sets the bar for Melbourne.

Best sushi I ever had, period. The Tuna Sashimi was soooo fresh. Tried 3 rolls: No Name, Indiatlantic & Mexican. The No Name was my favorite. Also had the No Strings attached martini which was delicious. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu. Service was excellent - I believe her name was Jessica and the bartender popped over to say hi as well. If we are ever back in the area we will stop by for sure & so should you!

Had a quick dinner here tonight and the food was great as always. Our server Jill was fantastic! Super helpful and kind. She really made our experience awesome

They have the best sushi in the Melbourne area. This is my go to anytime I'm in town. I love the hurricane and cowboy rolls, definitely my favorites. The tuna and beef tataki are the best I've ever had, and for dessert you have to try the green tea ice cream. Yum!
