Pub Americana Melbourne

We wanted an outdoor light lunch place and found a perfect spot under the warm sun. And comfortable shade. The food was fine, we shared a small pizza and a salad and we enjoyed both. Perhaps, the most memorable part of the experience was the timely, cordial, respectful and energetic service. We just had to raise our head and we would have one of the servers asking what we needed and immediately bring it. The atmosphere in the outdoor area was also perfect. We will go back!!

As we entered the Pub we were greeted by happy guests sitting at the bar. Having this be our first time here, it was clear we were at a pub! :) We were looking for something to eat for lunch, Pub Americana delivered on food! Hangover burger, classic, and delicious 😋! Classic pepperoni pizza was perfect 👍🏼! I would say that I ordered a cosmo and should have ordered something other than well vodka. It was a little too strong for my liking! The beer was perfect! Enjoyable atmosphere too! 😋🤙🏼

A bar and grill with a distinctive menu. Bison chile, steak salad and other great selections. Our waitress Morgan was awesome and extremely knowledgable. Food was brought out timely and our friends were able to sample beers before buying. Food presentation was excellent. A definite thumbs up. Morgan should be promoted to manager! 😁

New place that just opened in downtown Melbourne FL. Burgers were really good, thick juicy half pound burgers. They were almost too big taking away from the other toppings on the burgers. All the burgers come with Parmesan crusted fries and your choice of unique sauces. My favorite was the sweet chili aoli sauce and the bourbon sauce that came with the sweet potato fries. Speaking of those, delicious because they add in some brown sugar which makes them taste even better. Honestly outside of the beer, which I was told was very good, the winner was the shrimp. Nice jumbo size pieces of shrimp that were very lightly breaded giving the taste more to the shrimp and able to dip it in a bang bang sauce. Would definitely recommend it if you're in the Melbourne area.

We often order lunch to go from the Melbourne location. Our staff here favors the burgers. The meat is always quality and prepared correctly to the temperature requested. Their fries are immaculate, they are crisp and flavorful and you can tell their grease is clean. They never disappoint.

We were in Melbourne to help our son acclimate before moving here. The place was recommended by a local who will be his work-mate. When arriving, one of the wait staff explained the menu and the food and high quality ingredients that they use. We had burgers and salads. Each meal was phenomenal. I would highly recommend the Steak Caprese Salad. My husband said it was the best salad he has ever had. Portions were very nice!!!

The bahn mi burger has to be in the top 5 burgers I’ve had in the last couple of years. It was excellent! They had a decent beer selection and a big food menu.

Big thanks to Jovanna for your gracious welcome and kind service, and same to all the staff. I ordered the Siciliano pie - from the crust to the sauce, fresh toppings to smiles when it came out, made my night! The chocolate porter and blonde were great, too. What a vibe and wonderful customers all around to be a part while away from NYC🤜🏽🤛🏽 Cant wait to visit again!

I love stopping by Pub Americana, but always miss their Wednesday special. Boy am I glad I went by today! I ordered the Buffalo Medium and Cajun dry Rub. Neither were oily or greasy. Both were crispy and had great flavor!

Annie was incredibly on point and had great beer suggestions. If you can, stop on by. Great food. Great drinks. Great music too!

Nice place. The hostess at front was very nice and greeted us promptly with a great smile. Our server was also very nice. The food was hot and tasty. Prices were good. The bathrooms were clean 🙏🏽🙏🏽. We'll definitely visit again.

Our new favorite local laid back grab a beer and some good food spot. The shrimp are Massive. Crab cakes are up there with some of the best I’ve ever had. We didn’t order burgers but saw several going by and the look amazing!

Seemingly hidden gem on a busy street in downtown Melbourne. We've walked past this place more times than I can count and finally one day decided to stop in. It's much bigger than it looks from the outside, plenty of bar seating and dining seats in the back as well.

Staff are incredibly sweet and happy to make recommendations if you're overwhelmed with all the amazing options on the menu. Drinks are stiff and cheap, you'll never have to wait for a refill because these ladies are on top of everything.

The food is awesome every single time we've come in here, no matter the time or day of the week. I love their pizzas and my husband is a huge fan of their burgers. I got a blackened chicken sandwich today with one of their amazing aiolis - the scallion this time around - and oof it's so tasty. You have to try ALL of their aiolis because they're each SO flavorful.

When I walked in the door I wasn't sure what to expect do to loud music playing, but I was happily surprised. The waitstaff was on point, the waiter knew his menu & was very accommodating. The food was way above par and arrived at the table like it was just removed from the oven.
The beer choices were spectacular.......
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is interested in great food and drinks in Melbourne

Sabrina was friendly, and on top of service. pizza and bang bang shrimp was delicious.

Order the fried pickles-- they are so good -- very crisp and never soggy. The burgers were to die for and were cooked to the temp we requested. The staff was friendly and attentive but not hovering. A nice selection of on tap beers. Everything fresh and flavorful!

One of our stops on our mid week girls day. Bartender was amazing. I unfortunately don't remember her name. I had the cider on tap, it was delicious! We didn't eat but I can't wait to go back and try the food

Troy Stephan, a local restauranteur, and former state prosecutor, owns a few successful restaurants in Brevard. Pub Americana Melbourne is another entry tendered by Mr. Stephan to the Space Coast’s food-consuming public. In this endeavor, he joins with Patrick Evangelista, a business owner of various restaurants and night clubs in New York and Florida, including the first Pub Americana and Blind Lion Jazz & Blues Bar, both in Cocoa Village.

The Melbourne venue is long, dark, and narrow. The bar is inviting but has lived through three previous restaurant incarnations. This one, Pub Americana Melbourne, hits on all cylinders. The menu is vast and diverse, so much so that at first it gave me the screaming habdabs. As I have stated before, to get a 5-star rating from the Big Boy going forward, everything must be perfect.

This was as close to 5-Star as you can get.

Nathan, our server, was friendly and outgoing. He answered all my questions, and even knew about the history and ownership of the restaurant.

First up was the Black and Bleu Steak Ciabatta Sandwich, which came just as described on the menu: Peppercorn-crusted grilled tenderloin topped with aged Gorgonzola cheese, baby arugula, and a side of scallion aioli dressing. This sandwich was bursting—and I mean bursting—with complex flavors. Absolutely delicious!

Next, I tried a Cowboy Bison Half Pound Burger, medium rare. This was eight ounces of grilled North American Bison with applewood smoked bacon, aged cheddar cheese, baby arugula, topped with a smoked BBQ berry sauce. Let me tell you, this was one outstanding burger, cooked perfectly, with the applewood smoked bacon adding a smooth drip to the finish.

I complemented the above with an order of the Americana Mac N Cheese, cavatappi pasta tossed with a four-cheese cream sauce, topped with broiled cheddar cheese and smoked bacon bits. Believe me when I say that this mac is to die for.

The handhelds came with parmesan fries, lightly dusted with parmesan and salt, and served with a choice of dipping sauce. I chose the scallion aioli. The fries were decent, but not made fresh, unlike the fresh-brewed iced tea, which washed down the otherwise quintessential cuisine.

Here’s the deal, if you want a 5-Star review, freshly cut my fries, box my food, and turn on some lights.

Those three things kept Pub Americana Melbourne from getting a perfect score.

These desserts!!! So outstandingly beautiful and delicious! After a fantastic gourmet Siciliano pizza (topped with arugula), this was icing on the cake. Fantastic, friendly service. We will be back. Bravo.

Went for mothers day with two children and it did not disappoint. Raph is an amazing chef & takes pride in his work. The gator was the best I've ever had, he came out to tell us about it & was very nice to talk to. The drinks were on point & the burgers were perfect. The kids got coloring pages & crayons & the kids mac n cheese was great. The veggies had great flavor & creme brulee was to die for. Highly recommend
