Joy Robertson: Allstate Insurance

We have been working with Beth Nagy from the Joy Robertson Agency since we bought our home in 2022. She is a godsend and has made the whole process so easy and transparent. We recently bundled our car insurance with our home and she walked me through everything step by step and made sure I had coverage that would give me peace of mind. 10/10 recommend her and this agency, they really care!

Quite simply: This was the third agency I contacted to review our current policy and provide us with a proposal for a Homeowners and Vehicle Policy. Krystale took my call and from the moment we began our conversation I knew that I was “in good hands”. Answering every question, providing alternatives, addressing potential loop holes in our current policy, and truly expressing interest in our needs provided me with the confidence to move forward with an agency that clearly cares about their customers. The follow up by the owner Joy closed the deal!

Sitting in their office and finishing up with Craig, but wanted to leave a review while it was fresh on my mind. If you are shopping insurance and want to know that your money is going to actual coverage and not just a peice of paper, give them a call. Craig answered every question I could think to ask in regards to both my home and auto policy quote and never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions or asking a stupid question. I wasn't planning on switching, but he was able to help me understand every aspect of my policy and I feel confident in my decision.

KRYSTALE, you’re our hero! Had a bad experience with Andrew Moore State Farm in Perry with incorrect auto quote and being unable to get documents when we needed them in a time sensitive manner. Krystale at Joy Robertson Allstate helped us get sufficient coverage on two autos and homeowners, so we’re protected. State Farm had coverages much too low on all fronts she pointed out. And we are saving over $200/month on car insurance too with all the discounts Krystale found! Skillful! We switched over our homeowners, two autos, and business insurance in 2 hours!
