Love the variety but they do not accommodate women who fall in the extended size category 🤔

My experience wasn't great with one associate he acted as if he was chilling at home. Asked my sister and I to go find the box a display shoe came from that I wanted to order . I brought my sister there to purchase her some shoes which I did spent my hard earned money for sub par service ! It just didn't sit well with me and I will be returning my items !!!
My advice if you don't want to work stay Home!!!
Find better people who actually enjoy working with people. Very disappointed in the service we received!!!! Do Better

Having shopped Shoe Station in MS, was excited to shop local today at our new Warner Robins Shoe Station; had received coupon in mail on 11/4 stating ‘valid now’. At checkout on 11/5 was told that USPS delivered flyer too soon and they could not honor coupon until tomorrow, 11/6. Was disappointed that staff/management were not empowered to do the right thing and honor coupon a day early even if USPS delivered early. My daughter pointed out after reading the fine, fine print, coupon dates were indeed 11/6-11/21 once we left store. My frustration is 1) with myself for not reading fine print and 2) with Shoe Station for not honoring a coupon which stated ‘valid now’. Management should be empowered to do the right thing when it is realized an error had been made in delivery of the coupon, in my opinion.
Lesson learned and while I won’t say that I’ll not return to shop, Shoe Station likely will not be my first shoe store of choice.

Didn't even greet us or ask if we needed help or anything. Just stood around laughing and joking around. Won't be back.
