Best car buying experience - great cars, calm, informative, no pressure, true interest in matching the car with the driver. At my first visit, Grey Stabler had me try two cars and neither one was quite right. But he kept an eye out for something that would be a better fit and, within several weeks let me know he’d found a car he thought I would like. During the time between my first and second visits, I visited 4 other dealers, and got incredibly annoyed with the endless waiting, pressure to buy additional coverage, and feeling like I was competing with other customers to get a shot at cars I might like. What a relief to come back to Atlantic, try the car Grey found for me, and have such a great experience. And wow, they took care of every aspect of the purchase process, gave me a great price on my trade-in, and I drove out in my fantastic car.

I recently bought a 2012 Shelby Gt500 from them and it was the best experience i’ve had when shopping around. The next time I need a vehicle, whether for business or pleasure wheels they will be my first stop to buy from again. Chip and his staff at Atlantic Auto Exchange are Top Tier. They also have some super cool rare inventory; I mean this team is stacked with some serious car guys. I recently purchased a really neat series 1 1971 Datsun 240Z. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the first call I got a solid feeling for the level of service they provide. I didn't hesitate to take some time off from work round up my father and take a guy's trip to go buy a cool vintage race car. I'm tough to deal with being in the business myself and having never done business with AAE prior my guard was up, they worked with me, and I found them to be extremely trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to purchase from them again or send family and clients there. Absolutely perfect service 10 out of 10 from me!

I purchased a nice Honda accord coupe the other day no complaints at all first time buying a car from a dealer and they answered all my questions gave me the right advice not trying to scam me or anything done everything as quickly as possible didn’t try to sell me anything extra even worked with me a bit for a good deal i highly recommend them they have pretty good high quality vehicles and high end vehicles also. Friendly staff and comfortable environment.

We bought a BMW 340i today and had an awesome experience overall. Grey was the one that helped us out throughout the whole process, very professional and attentive. Drove from our home in Princeton, Wv to Atlantic Auto to buy a beautiful 2001 C5 Corvette. What a fantastic experience. Gray and Chip were very easy and friendly to deal with. Made things professional and enjoyable. So not only did we leave with a gorgeous car that we both love, but I'm sure we made a couple more friends. There was no pressure to buy anything, they didn't try to get us to buy something more expensive, they just made us feel at home and answered any questions about the car we bought. I spoke with both of them about the car and they were incredibly knowledgable and helpful for me. This was my first time buying an out of state vehicle and they made it so smooth. I really wasn't sure what I was getting into and they explained everything clearly. They were incredibly honest, and also re assured me after i had purchased the car (keep in mind i bought it sight unseen!)

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2014 Lexus LS460 from Atlantic Auto Exchange Inc on Guess Rd in Durham NC, on Wednesday, 8 March 2023. I initially located the vehicle on their lot thru an online advertisement. I looked at the pics and the specs on the vehicle and contacted them via e-mail. Mr. Robert Lewis immediately responded via e-mail with more details on the vehicle. I requested a bill of sale and he promptly replied. I scheduled a test drive with him. After passing the bill of sale onto my banker, I needed a minor adjustment. Mr. Chip bent over backwards for me to make some adjustments to make the deal work, The next day I arrived at the dealership and was personally greeted by the staff Mr. Chip, Mr. Robert, and Mr. Grey. Mr. Grey was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus I was interested in. After a pleasant test drive with Mr. Grey, we were able to seal the deal. Mr. Grey completed all the paperwork, attached my 30 day tag to the vehicle, and we sealed the deal with a handshake. I will definitely do business with these three gentlemen again. It was definitely worth the drive from Rocky Mount to get this deal accomplished.

My journey began on Autotrader searching countless Hours/Months for a clean BMW M3 I finally found one from Atlantic Auto Exchange and got into contact with Robert “The Manger” and he talked a little bit about the car to me, he said the owner chip will contact me to talk more about the car and the history they have with this chasis and BMW in general. He explained how he does endurance and sprint cup races with the e36 platform and has dealt with this chasis since they came out. After many phone calls with Chip he help me set up a PPI with his mechanic that services and build his race cars for them. The mechanic said that the car was immaculate no rust no issues with the car. So it was set, I booked my trip for me and my mother we planned on buying the car and driving it down to Hallandale beach Florida were i live. Me and my mother arrived on a Tuesday to Chip greeting us and showing us around the dealership where he has a beautiful rx7 race car and other race trophy’s and memorabilia, Chip was nothing short of a gentlemen and a true business man didn’t charge me a dealer fee or transfer fee even gave me a free temporary plate, after hours of good chatting and laughs me and my mother set off on our roadtrip and the car didn’t have one hiccup or give me a single problem the whole way! I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW or any car by that mean for there knowledge and good business ethic.

Robert made me feel welcomed the moment I arrived and even rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine. Chip was super knowledgeable and extremely courteous in every interaction I had with him. Chip’s son Grey delivered my car and was equally knowledgeable and super professional.
