I had an amazing experience shopping here at national jewelry and pawn. Link and Ms. Rhonda are amazing and amazing they were very helpful for everything I needed! Don’t walk run to this national and jewelry and pawn!! Shopping here is a must.

National Pawn was amazing, Greeted at the door and was helped immediately. They were all friendly Rhonda was the best her customer service was on point also Lincoln was also greeting and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone over any. I will definitely be returning!!

Compared to all the national pawns I’ve been to in Durham nc I’ve never experienced the hospitality and service I’ve received here from Lincoln the supervisor & Ashley the sales representative they made sure I left the store smiling from ear to ear😀.

Been a great fan of National Pawn for their service and great deals on watches, but lately it's been a miss in personal connection and services. HOWEVER, today was not the case! Came to this location and found a watch I was interested in. Betti Garcia helped me look at it and after driving around to think about it, I came back and she was very helpful in checking me out!

She held onto the watch while seeing another customer, and when she came to me, the check out was very quick and smooth!

Definitely reccomend this location. Ask for Betti! You won't be disappointed.
