Jorge at Blanton’s came out to my house “same day” and fixed / installed items needed in order to install new cabinets. I would highly recommend this company. Prompt, professional as well knowledgeable. He was a good listener with great customer service skills.

Daniel of Blanton’s came out to our house and gave us a very thorough estimate of what it would take to repair a laundry list of electrical issues that we need resolved in our new home. He was easy to talk to, and patiently answered all of our questions.

All of the issues that we had were resolved by Daniel and Nick. They worked very hard, including couple of long days to get everything done right and even added a few nice extra touches that we didn’t even ask for like with the dock light in the attached picture. We would highly recommend Blanton’s for anyone needing just about any kind of electrical work done to their home.

A complete professional experience, Sven did a great job installing new plumbing, a water heater, two toilets, new hot and cold water fittings forand new faucet. The Turner family is grateful for all his hard work! 10/10 would recommend

Alex Weaver is a seasoned professional of the highest order. He was very forthcoming with information as well as being an informative technician. He was very polite and easy to understand. I felt safe knowing that he was taking care of my family. I know that sometimes you all look at 5 star ratings and think that they are cliche but this man truly deserves 6 stars. A1 performance, conversation about the job and what he's doing, and told me low level things I could do to maintain the system. Had he not did that, I would not choose this company anymore after today. However, I see this company is about helping people instead of only seeing $$$. Bravo Alex! I just wanted to share my experience about the installation of my brand new heat pump. Shawn Cox and Quentin McClain did an excellent job. The installation looks very professional. Mr. McClain answered all my questions about the operations. There mannerisms matched their work. I'll continue to do business with them .

Sven Hayden and Nick Estes replaced my main sewer drain line and did an outstanding job. They were very professional and dedicated to do the job right and to my satisfaction, to include backfilling my yard. I am very satisfied and will use again.

A very timely response to my phoned in hot water heater emergency. A skilled plumber, Mr Vincent Maples responded and quickly identified the problem. I concured with Mr Maples the existing aged water heater warranted replacement. He arrived at 8 am promptly the next morning as promised. Mr Maples worked tirelessly to remove the old heater and installed the new 50 gallon water heater which he previously arranged to be delivered. His professionalism, attention to detail and skilled workmanship was evident in the finished product meeting all local code requirements. As a former apprentice plumber myself in the 1960's, I was truly impressed with the quality of the work.

Without asking, Mr Maples replaced my washing machine which I had previously moved to give him unrestricted access. He placed my washer back into its original position and reconnected all water lines. At 74 years of age, I very much appreciated his kindness.

Ethan , at Blanton’s Air, Plumbing and Electric is absolutely excellent. He fixed our plumbing issues on an emergency basis. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently and his customer service is outstanding. Polite, professional, respectful and friendly service! He fixed our toilet, water line and tub and scheduled to install a new water tank . He deserves more than 5 stars. Their customer service folks are always pleasant , kind. They sound like they want to help and they do schedule the same day for emergency needs and Ethan came promptly as expected.

Phillip did an excellent job working on our busted water pipe coming into our townhouse. There was a circumstance that arose because part of the issue was on property owned by another entity which he could not repair. He was able to troubleshoot to get all parties involved on the same page to fix the issue promptly even though it took longer than expected (out of his control). This being said he was able to complete the job at fraction of the initial estimate.

Blanton's customer service was exceptional, Jasmine was great she addressed how they conduct business. This included a photo w/bio of the technician responding to my service call. Sven was excellent, honest, and christian man, who represented Blanton's as if it was his own personal experience. He provided several options for addressing the problems he had discovered with up front pricing. He allowed us to make an informed decision without the salesman pitch. And prior to completing his work, he provided great prevention tips and future consideration on products. Sven response superceded my expectations. Thank you for excellent service. I found this company online, high ratings noted.They offered a website to setup an appointment. I needed help but it wasn't urgent so I booked an appointment a few days out. I soon received a phone call and the dispatcher was very kind to offer me an appointment for today, as there was a cancellation and a technician became available. We verified our information and within a few hours I had an extremely knowledgeable technician, Tim, help me with my issues. He was also very helpful in identifying plumbing issues that were items to watch and how to quickly mitigate it if and when they happen. He thoroughly fixed my leak issue. It was a great experience! I highly recommend them.

Cole was extremely helpful with a problem I've had with a new dishwasher install in an old house where the existing dishwasher was not installed correctly on any level. He has been so very professional, courteous and terribly pleasant. This company is wonderful. I will never have to look anywhere else for plumbing service. Also, I called and he was here within the hour. Fantastic.

I have just had the most courteous and educational experience dealing with an electrician. Nicolas took the time to ensure I understood what was needed to take care of the electrical problem I was having. He quickly address the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. Great job Nick, I am now a Blanton customer for now on.

Had a main sewer line clog after taking a shower late at night. So, I tried to clear it up using 2 galons of Drano Gel Max, but no luck. The next morning, I called Blanton's and explained the issue and was scheduled for service the same day. When the service tech Richie Rodriguez arrived, I explained the problem to him and his assistant, (sorry I forgot his assistants name 😅.) They both went to the crawl space and checked out the plumbing pipes. When they came out, we discussed the problem, and they started working to clear the clog. Opened the main sewer line closest to the house and started to clear the clog. Once cleared, they used the camera to view what the main problem was. They found the problem 57 feet from my first sewer line opening. We found my second main sewer line opening and proceeded to use a plumbers snake 🐍 to clear up the clog. Can't say enough good things about Richie Rodriguez and his assistant. They were extremely professional, kind, and provided good information. They went above and beyond to ensure great customer service. 👍🏻👍🏻

Ayden is an electrician. He was very prompt, courteous, mindful, he listens and hes very professional! He is extremely knowledgeable about his work and can make almost anything within his power work if its possible! He is energetic and hard working. He works tireless until the job is done. He makes sure his working areas are perfectly clean and straight when he's done! He can also make suggestions for resolutions to your concerns. His in-depth electrical knowledgeable and pleasing personality provides a sense of trustworthiness that the job will be done to perfection! I would recommend him any time!

Phillip was very knowledgeable about his HVAC craft! He was able to eyeball, research and assess the issue and provided a fantastic followup solution with multiple options! He also suggested future followups that would be helpful in maintaining the health and longevity of my unit. I as well intend to follow up on those suggestions. I definitely encourage others to use this service if you're looking for prompt appointment arrivals, great customer service, experts knowledgeable in their craft and a trust worthy service you won't mind calling whenever you have a need!

Bottom line up front: Blanton's earns their five star reviews. I've never met a more courteous and knowledgeable electrician. Jorge (spelling) not only took the time to address the original issue, he took time to answer follow up questions and explain not only the $$$ but the why it is important. He didn't over sell me, he just addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend Blanton's and will call again if and when I need anything else!

The service techs that came to my house were fantastic! Water was pouring down from my attic to the main floor! They came and fixed everything that leaked!! No coming back, no ordering just fixed!

We were really pleased w the service Freddie provided today hanging our chandelier. He made sure everything was perfect and he was so polite. We would definitely use Blanton’s again.
