Durham County ABC Store #12

I have been in about 5 different ABC stores in Durham County since moving back to NC in November. This facility is fantastically different from the others. It is spacious, well laid out and lit. The areas are labeled so you can find the product you want.
I complemented the single sales agent on the facility and he thanked me.
Surprisingly, there were few other customers when I visited. No one when I entered and only 2 other when I checked out.
Despite how much I enjoyed the facility, it is doubtful I will return often. It is a distance from my abode and infrequently have a need to be in the area.

Nice clean spaces great selections

Absolutely lovely people. David is the manager of this location, and he’s a downright gem. If you have a question, he’s a lovely person to address. Down-to-earth people keeping a clean, well-lit, handicap accessible store. David, lovely meeting you! Happy Valentine’s Day, y’all.

This location is great. The cashiers are helpful and knowledgeable. Be prepared with proper ID. And with covid you will also have to bag your own purchase. But the selection is amazing. If you cannot find what you want ask the staff if another store in the county has it. They are limited by what the state carries as to what they can get in the store. There are some items that are available for special order.

When I go inside and ask them where a beverage is they always know exactly where it is and can make recommendations. The employees are super friendly. I have been to a few ABC stores and I like this one better than all the other ones by a factor of a billion. I would give it ten stars if I could.

I don't usually give reviews this unequivocally glowing, but I really have enjoyed every experience I've had going in here. I'm usually getting something to cook with or to clean cooking stuff with and I've found a few give me good suggestions for that specifically as well. It's also five feet from my house, so I can walk there. Which I probably wouldn't do, but seems like it could somehow be useful.

The store is impeccably clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Shopping here was an easy experience. Will be back!

Great selection of bourbon! They had the brand that I had been looking everywhere for! There are some others I want to try, so I'll definitely make them my first stop.

Good stock of various Absolute vodka sizes and Kahlua. Made Big Lebowski fest happen

This ABC Store is HUGE!! The store is brand new & seems to stock brands & sizes that other ABC do not have!!
Love browsing around this store just to see all they do carry!!

Large compared to most NC ABC stores. Amazing selection! Check here for anything you can't find elsewhere.

Much much larger than the one it replaced on Guess Road, and extremely friendly employees

A cozy place with somewhat limited selection, but carries my favorites. The employees are friendly and happy to suggest something new!

This ABC location is rather small. It's fast, and it's as safe as shopping can be right now. Line moved quick!

They got that liquor. Wish they would have like a Tax Free Thursdays! Decent selection at this store, nice folks working there as well.

New store is great. Don't go in there thirsty, tho. Too many choices!

There have been some interesting finds here in the whiskey and bourbon areas.

Lots of help in there.

Might be the only ABC store I have gone to and seen the cashier's joke and be lively. Also the only place to give you a receipt without asking.
