Margaret is phenomenal. I believe she is one of the managers at this location. She helped me order a door, patiently walked me through the whole process and was so helpful and kind the entire time. Then the next day when I had an issue with the scheduling department I called not even meaning to get to her but she solved the issue within the hour. Amazing customer service from her specifically and because of her this will be my go to location for all my home related needs and as a first time home owner I’m sure there will be more. Thanks again Margaret!

Cannot say enough about my affection for the home Depot. My wife will not let me go here alone,,, as I always leave with at least a truck full a quality products and hardware for my wide range of projects... In summary, the home Depot is like being at home with everything you want, right there..... Enjoy ⚒

I was looking for a piece of wood for a project I'm working on stopped in the home Depot and Durham and I got by name of Chris help me out man this guy was perfect got everything taken care of got the edges everything cleaned up so next time I'll come back and see Chris I don't know his first name but I'm coming back to see him next time I'm here.

If your a DYIer you will LOVE THD. You can find the materials and get great advice from the friendly workers. Always providing you with World class customer service.

I went in for a job interview, I have previous experience. However the manager told me that they could not work with my schedule and than turned around and suggested a vendor that works in the THD could use my great salesmanship and great customer service.
I left saying WOW, signs posted everywhere suggesting they needed help, but yet denied me a position.

I like all Home Depots, honestly, and this one is much like the others.
Where they excel: garden center has more plant options and greater variety of soils. They also carry maybe twice as much rock/stones as other box stores.
They have more sink, tub and vanity choices.
Biggest difference is their aisle layout. It's intuitive, easy to navigate and even easier when you look up the bay# on the website BEFORE you head to the store.
All in all they have good sales, easy layout, and lots of self checkout stations, with plenty of trained employees standing by to chat or assist.
Great store. Prefer this one even though it's a further than the other option.

This is a great Home Depot. Tons of space and everything is always in stock. We have to come here a decent amount for our different home projects. We can in and they mixed our paint perfectly it matched our current paint great. They also have everything you need to paint. The bathrooms here are very clean. They always have staff available to help. My son loves the car shopping carts with the steering wheels. The check out process is always fast. There’s a ton of parking out front.

A shout out to Kerry for going above and beyond for getting my recent big box order into the back of my sedan. It was tight but Kerry managed to slant it enough with the front passenger seat forward to fit in without damaging the box or contents. Success. Thanks again to Kerry!

I originally went to Walmart for a dryer connection kit and their products were opened and missing pieces. So, we came to Home Depot and was greeted by a nice young lady who took us personally around the store to get what we needed and compare different products. She even demonstrated how to assemble and use the products. Turns out she was the store manager Margaret and she was so patient, kind and extremely helpful. I wish could give more stars because she was awesome.

Wish we still had one in Greenville. I hate shopping at Lowes. And I hate driving 1.5 to either Home Depot. But that’s what has to be done.

My dad and I had spent so long trying to find locations that sell fly swatters, and all of them turned up empty. When we visited this location, we were worried we would just give up, but we stuck it out and asked help from a really kind man named Berlin, and he went out of his way to help us in finding the fly swatters. Even when it seemed like we wouldn’t find them, Berlin persisted and helped us even though the fly swatters were kinda hidden. Thanks to Berlin and his manager for the help! They were the epitome of customer service (:

Local Home Depot, you've seen one and you've seen them all, but these guys have known their stuff and pointed me in the right direction every time. That's pretty cool, so it should be mentioned. Three-point-five Stars for Home Depot and maybe Five Stars for the employees/location.

I was in such a rush and a bit frazzled trying to find the best pieces of wood for what I needed and someone to cut it. A younger employee came over and was incredibly patient and helpful. I’m usually very lax so did not enjoy my own poor attitude, but he remained very easy going and kind. It was such a relief! Thank you

Went and looked at Lowe's for a trailer hitch, but they were out. Came here and a very nice employee led us right to where they were. Home Depot was fully stocked in all shapes and sizes. Very clean inside. Used self check out, a nice lady helped us and it was fast.

I like The Home Depot because you can use PayPal in four and split your payment in four equal payments.

We are doing a new bath room, stripping it of all the old stuff, and replacing it with new, Home Depot has been a big plus in finding what we need, right down to new tile, new vanity, walk in shower, and more, the staff has been just great, with finding things we need. I would recommend any one to try here for your everyday needs, and anything else you are looking for.
