Harris Teeter

I visited for the first time today and I was impressed. Place is clean. Bought pizza and I was served by the friendliest lady(I wish I got her name) with a warm heart. Thank you. I will definitely come back again.....and to get her name!!!

They only cater to certain income groups

I haven't been 2 this location in awhile. Only went 2 meet someone but while chatting with her 4 awhile it was as I remembered
Very well kept store always clean N organized personnel friendly N helpful
My friend used the self check-out but when she had an issue with a marked down item the attended was very polite N though busy she acknowledged her yet we didn't wait long 4 assistance
I had actually 4gotten about this area do 2 move but have a location half a mile from me now
Both locations are very well managed
Even though the produce is a little higher 4 someone on a fixed income I still prefer the fresh fruit they carry
I'm sure they have had employee turnover since I last been their but the standards of dress cleanliness N customer attention is still there

Top notch! I wish they would bring back the veggie crumbles that were Harris teeter brand. Really great option for vegetarians that they are missing a market opportunity for.

Harris Teeter was a great place to shop. Me and my client stayed there almost two hours taking our time, catching the vic card specials and enjoying lunch there. A full service shopping experience and wonderful staff.

Best customer service ever. Shout out to Jorynne who delivers service with a smile for grocery pickup. She is quick, efficient and professional. Her manager Darlene quickly clarified my understanding of the weekly sales and proved a sale credit. The team sets a high bar for customer satisfaction. Exactly what you expect from the Harris Teeter brand.

Clean and neat Harris Teeter, the layout hast improved in the building over it's previous life as a Kroger, sadly the prices are a bit higher. The service at customer counters (meat, seafood, etc) has also improved. Overall a nice place to shop and the self checkout lines are abundant if you want to enter store but stay hands free during the COVID-19 response. I also see employees keeping up with cleaning and distancing protocols, something that some other stores are starting to relax (too much in some cases) a big positive for me.

My first time going in here since it was a Kroger and I have to say I'm very impressed. It was beautifully designed and so open. I could find everything easily and quick. I didn't feel bothered by any staff not neglected. I seen them available if I needed to ask anything. The self checkout section was great and convenient. I really liked the whole store. I just wish harris teeter was not so expensive but I understand they have good deals often and daily double coupon offers. So I guess if I was more prepared for my shopping trip I could have saved money. Other than that it was a pleasant shopping trip and I will be back.

Very clean grocery store. Friendly workers are very helpful when you can't locate an item. Clean bathrooms. Lots of items to choose from.

Beautiful store with plenty of space. It's huge! I'm glad to see that HT has so many organic options. I hope they continue to increase the organic selection. The staff is always very helpful. They are especially kind to my 89 yrs old mother who likes to use the self checkout independent of me. Shout out to Benita! The wine/beer selection is extensive. I'd love to see a small coffee shop option one day. Perhaps a local coffee pop up during the winter months.

So much improved! Everyone very helpful, store looks really well managed. Produce section is terrific! Many more cleaning products than the HT on Brier Creek!

This brand new store is beautiful and the customer service is fantastic. Today, I left a bag of groceries there and didn’t realize it until I got home. When I called, they were fantastic... Not only were they courteous on the phone but they ended up delivering my groceries to my home. So impressed with this level of customer service.

Other than high prices, it was a nice store. Good selection and easy access.

I find all I need that is for a healthy diet and my needs: soft tofu, A2 milk, veggie burgers, gluten free crackers, flour, pancake mix, freeze dried veggies for snacks. Also every kind of fresh fruit and veggie. Friendly staff, wide ailes, fast check out.

I forgot just how big this store is. It's huge. It's bigger than the store at Horton, and is twice the size of the Riverview location. Everything is bright, shiny and new. Lots of room in the aisles, too. I also noted that the clients have trended to be much younger than the other stores. Perhaps this is due to its closer proximity to Duke University. Yes, there's fresh pizza!

They should offer group therapy for their employees. Perhaps it’s all the nearby crime that makes them so moody

First time shopping at the facility in the area an I was taken back with the friendly faces. Every staff member greeted my family, it was a nice touch. I had fast service with the different departments and our food was delicious!

I love this supermarket. It's very diverse in foods there. Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Great seafood department as well.

Very kind and helpful staff at this HT. It’s my favorite! Every time I’m there I have a pleasant shopping experience! I really appreciate that!
