American Eagle Store

I'm really short so I never really find pants that fit me but their sizes have short and long options and that's really awesome to me because the short option almost always fits perfectly. They even have triple 0s. When I went yesterday, they didn't have what I was looking for but Sara was really nice and helpful and showed me everything that could suffice for what I was looking for and offered to get it shipped to the store for me for free. She helped a lot, without her I probably would have been a little irritated at the trip so thank you Sara.

Great store. Love the clothes but I was told a particular style of pants was 60% but at check out was told they were not. I did not receive the discount 😡

Amazing customer service. Sometimes clothes don't fit even though they are the same size and style as another pair but I can live with that. During Covid-19 they are keeping the store clean and keeping customers in the store to a set amount of people. Over all amazing experience

Very helpful. My son just started needing youth/men's clothing and received assistance. Jeans fit well and are comfortable.

My grandson loves this place. Buys a lot of his clothes there. We went and he got his BD present that day. He's 18 and senior. He was happy!

Bryce was an excellent sales man helped me find everything I needed even some stuff I didn't think about, honestly he should probably make more than what they're paying him for his excellent work

The store was very organized and lots of knowledgeable staff helped with any questions or checking in different areas for what I was shopping for and was quick to find what I was looking for all in all I had a great time shopping with American Eagle only place I shop for my jeans

Went there to get me some more hats and the young lady in the store help me. She took the time and really went out of her way to make sure I was pleased
