It's great to know that they offer a wide range of choices for those looking for extraordinary outfits. Friendly staff and additional items like footwear, candles, and gifts make the shopping experience even more enjoyable!

It is currently one of my favorite to shop for clothes. The staff is so friendly, they aware that I’m deaf they still treat me great and helpful. One time, they send me an thank you card to my home address, which I really appreciate that.
I can’t wait to go back and shop there, haven’t gone there in while since I got pregnant.

Good selection for the wife with a comfy couch for me.

My wife loves going in here to look around but she always leaves dissappointed because everything is so expensive. Nobody wants to buy shoes for nearly 80 dollars and all the tops and dresses are marked way up from what you can pay for at other places. It's a real shame because she loves boutiques but this one's just simply too expensive for the average person to be able to afford.

My wife loves to shop at boutiques , shes been having her eye out to try this store, she went in there on Thursday Feb 3, 2022 maybe a half an hour before it closed with her friend before they went to dinner. She said she LOVED THE CLOTHES there and will definitely go back. She came and tried on a top she bought and unfortunately did not fit her. She was unable to go back herself to return so she sent her sister with the top, receipt and card she used to return and they would not return because the tag came off. My wife called up there about maybe 6-7 times to speak to a manager, no one ever answered the phone so she can get this resolved. Worst $40 on a top that is unworn. She has never had this issue before, it hadn’t even been 24hours since she bought and couldn’t return it. She will NEVER shop here again.

Worst customer service. From someone who is a loyal customer to LT and a worker in retail myself, I am very disappointed in how I was treated at the store today. No employees greeted me in which I took to heart. I had piles of clothes to try on and not once did an employee ask to start me a fitting room. I eventually came to the conclusion to put all of my clothes back on the racks and leave the store. LT did not get my money that day because the employees couldn’t do their job. I get they might be going through something on that day, but for them to just be in their own little world, laughing and gossiping while I am struggling to hold clothes in my hands to try on, is just ridiculous. I will not be shopping here anytime soon.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I left the food court and went into the store a little before closing because my sisters were shopping inside their store. The first 5 minutes the sales associates seemed fine but after that they seemed to panic that they’re were still black people shopping in their way overpriced store. They went from helping my sister try something on to me having staring constests with the tall blonde 🧐. After getting a little bored waiting for one of my sisters to finish I walked towards the front where my other sister was checking out. The brunette literally slammed the cashier shut as I walked towards the front as if she thought I was going to rob her 🙄 smh. It was so loud you would of thought she broke it 🤦🏽‍♀. Besides being uncomfortable trying to shop at this overpriced store because they never had anyone actually stay and buy something or black people shop there from how they acted, the clothes aren’t even good quality. My sisters $50 peasant shirt that should of been no more than $15 was so thin and felt like it would tear easily in the wash or just by me pulling on it.
