Abby & Khloe were complete sweethearts. I came in because I knew they would have my size im a 16 in jeans & it is very hard to find them at any other retail store. I wanted a pair of the jeans that fit to the ankle because I only could fit the flared jeans. Khloe I’m assuming I spelled her name correctly. She guided me right to the section I wanted & Abby helped me with my birthday discount since it’s coming up. She took her time searching my discount & i so appreciate it! Chloe greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked to help. She qualified my daughter by asking which style of jeans she like. We would've only bought one pair but because of Chloe's excellent customer service skills we're walking out with three. Excellent customer service by these younger generations is hard to find but this store nailed it!

Hi, I went to the store earlier looking for an shirt. I was in distress because I couldn’t find anything and honestly I just needed to take my mind off things because I just got broken up with. I was in a ten year relationship with this huge jerk 😅. When I went into you guys lovely store I was met by one of your workers. She said her name was Jessica and she was a really sweet girl ☺. She asked if I needed any assistance and constantly checked up on me. She actually held me pick out this really cute shirt and I really appreciate the customer service she provided me with. I will definitely be back in there in the future.

I’ve been looking for jeans that fit just right for some time now but haven’t had success until Isela Enriquez helped me find not one but TWO perfect pairs. She has exceptional customer service skills and was so kind, patient and informative.

When the staff saw me looking through the denim pile, they knew I didn’t see my size. One of the staff offered to look in the back for me which made them a sale. Normally I don’t expect large chain retailers to do this, but they did and service was above and beyond!

Shoutout to the kid who had to work on his 21st birthday! He made my shopping experience friendly and welcome. I found everything I needed and then some! Hope they give you a day off to make up for it!

Just found out that AE carried Jean sizes up to 24!!! That's amazing. Really great deal on clearance jeans and shorts. $29.99. They also had men's dress shirts on clearance with additional 60% off. They were $12 each!

Every retailer should take a page from American Eagle when it comes to customer service. The employees in the Mall of Georgia store are so engaged and helpful. Special thanks to Amaya (hope I spelled her name correctly). She spent a lot of time helping my niece find the perfect pair of jeans and was just so pleasant. I appreciated her so much.

People aren't robots and you can't expect to have a magnificent experience every time, things happen. My experience with the people were good, I mean they did their job. But the jeans are the reason why I have 5 stars. They are so cute and so comfortable. Im super picky when it comes to jeans but they met every expectation. I have a small waist, but my thighs are bigger so it's hard finding pants that fit just right, and I'm just crying now cause I finally found jeans I'll keep going back for<3

Took my granddaughter for her 17th birthday. Great sales. Store is monitoring the number of people that can go in the store at one time. The mall of Georgia is being cautious and stores are limiting the amount of people that can go in at one time. This is good. Everyone is wearing mask. Shopping for the holidays should be much easier with less worry!

Employees are so friendly! Great prices and workers are always willing to help. They didn’t seem to mind that I stayed a few minutes after close and were still happy to make sure my needs were met!

After having a baby and not knowing what size I was Taylor helped me find jeans that fit me perfectly! She was so patient and understanding while helping me try to find the right fit!
