Premium Parking - P0148

Parking is $31-$41 a day. When I first got there there was broken glass all over the place. The lot frequently boots cars in the lot for various reasons. Whether there is a valid reason or not they charge you to get the boot off. Seems like a way to get more money from paying customers.

Everybody got their windows smashed. For whatever reason, I got two windows smashed! I wouldn’t even park here if it were free.

I’m only giving one star because a rating is required in order to leave a review. I give this place ZERO STARS. Cars are getting broken into everyday, almost a dozen a day! Premier Parking refuses to pay for a guard to sit in a parked car in the lot! Not only this but it’s also poorly lit with a loitering homeless population. People who work nearby are paying thousands a month for parking and we can’t even have peace of mind because they simply DONT care!!! Do better, hire guards or install surveillance. Anything is better than what they’re doing now which is nothing—nada

This place sucks. They overcharge and are always getting broken into. DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR.

NOT SAFE! My car and 2 others got broken into with smashed windows. Expensive rates not worth the damage!

I parked in a reserved space for the hotel workers in the back of the hotel that has nothing to do with the premium parking lot except for the fact that to get to those spaces you have to travel through the premium lot. They sent a "parking citation" for unpaid parking in a space that isn't theirs. I appealed it and rather than make it right and dismiss it they just reduced it. Worst parking company ever.

DO NOT park here, whatever your hotel says.

Our car, along with at least 9 others where vandalised/broken into last night.

Rental commented that it was very common and these lots are targeted by gangs.

ONLY use secure/garage parking.

DO NOT PARK HERE! An hour late due to a parade and they booted my car and charged $90 over and above the $40 parking charge. Crooks! This is thievery! They should've held a gun to my head!!!

Bad service, bad customer service over the phone, i paid the parking but the system doesn't work and i got a boot on my wheel even thought i paid the parking

Es ist einfach völlig überteuert - 40$ pro Tag. Außerdem wurde die Fensterscheibe von drei Autos während unseres Aufhalts eingeschlagen. Leider gibt es weit und breit keine Alternativen und man kann nur hoffen, dass es nicht sein Auto trifft. Tipp: alle Wertgegenstände aus dem Auto entfernen - mindert das Risiko.
