Acquiring an appointment was super easy and I didn’t have to wait months. Registration was simple and all office staff were kind. I waited less than 15 minutes to be triaged and placed in a room. The wait for Dr. D Patel was very short. I had all my medical history and concerns written down and he sat there patiently listening to me. No throwing pills at symptoms, he looked at the bigger picture. He believes in finding out the root cause before treating every ailment I have. He has a kind soul and is genuinely concerned for my overall health. His back office staff quickly sends referrals and orders, all of which I had scheduled within a month. Labs done in house. Patient portal available to track visits and lab results.

Dr. Dipen Patel (and his entire staff) is great! I just recently switched my primary physician to this office and FINALLY feel “heard”! He takes time to sit and listen to your concerns and truly seems to want to help solve them. I feel relieved to have found Southern Primary Care and highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff!

Dr. Patel is great! He is the first doctor I’ve gone to that actually listens and takes concerns seriously. He is very informative, doesn’t rush through appointments and takes the time to answer any questions. You can tell that he actually cares about his patients. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a primary care doctor. His staff is always nice too!

I am a senior, widowed woman, relatively new to the area. I had been seeing a provider in Perry. As I've aged, I've noticed the medical care changing. I almost felt as if it was a chore for someone to SEE me, and their treatment of me, my needs, were hurried and seemed of no importance to the physician. I began looking for someone else. I'm fairly healthy, only needing prescription refills, most often. A lady I work with, who knew i was unhappy with my current provider, asked if I knew anything about Southern Primary Care. I didn't. She told me where the offices were. I did a drive by, then a walk in. Spoke to the receptionist. Decided to make an appointment. I did. I'm so pleased with the care here. The friendly staff, the feeling I'm important to the physician and they truly *serve* me, their clientele. I plan to stay with the providers here. They care.

Beautiful facility, incredible and caring staff who listen and offer helpful suggestions. I was seen by several people starting with a wonderful nurse who took my vitals and was incredible and relatable, I also saw Lindsey and Tia (who will be an incredible medical professional), had blood drawn by an absolute pro, and set up an appointment with the receptionist. Every single one was fantastic. You are all remarkable women (Dr. Patel is awesome but didn't see him this time) and appreciated.

Dr. Patel and his staff provided me with excellent care. He took the time to review, discuss and ensure he had an understanding of my previous medical history. He also gave me clear next steps to ensure my health care was being prioritized. I was able to ask my questions and he was very knowledgeable. His staff even worked with me to ensure I had everything I needed for a procedure already scheduled with another specialist. I'm excited and hopefully about my future care as his patient.

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Patel. It was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. The receptionist was very friendly, my check in was smooth. The Dr. was very efficient and I felt very comfortable in his care. I feel like I made a great choice.

I can honestly say this is the best doctor office I have ever been too! They don’t rush you an they make sure they handle everything you maybe concerned about! Both locations are very good and welcoming and I’m glad too be a patient with them! Let’s not forget the front desk ladies 🥰. They are amazing as well and I will most definitely recommend both offices to anyone!

Today was my first visit here and this practice exceeded my expectations. Dr. Patel and his team were very nice, understanding, and caring. They took time to listen to my concerns. It took me a year to find a great primary care doctor and I'm glad I finally found one.

I have been to several PCPs over the past few years trying to find one best for me. Southern Primary Care has been the best by far. Everyone in the office is very kind. Dr. Patel is a wonderful physician that listens to you and takes your complaints or concerns seriously. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Lindsey Robinson is an outstanding Nurse Practitioner. I went into Southern Primary Care in Warner Robins, GA, thinking that I may have suffered a mini stroke. Immediately one of Dr. Dipenkumar Patel’s Intake Personnel checked my heart rate with some type of medical device. A few moments later Mrs. Robinson read me the results. Mrs . Robinson referred me to a Cardiologist and the Cardiologist Office called me the next day. Mrs. Robinson is very knowledgeable in her of field of expertise. I thank you Mrs. Robinson for your quick reaction in my health and getting me this appointment. Thanks you so much!

I asked Dr. Patel to be my primary care physician and I'm pleased that I did. This practice is friendly and professional. In just my first two visits, Dr. Patel has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a patient of Dr Patel’s since 2019 and I call myself his fan, only because when no other Dr cared enough to listen and then take action by ordering the different tests and bloodwork, was I finally able to have two diagnoses along with several food allergies confirmed so I could began to manage my health better and more fully. His staff is amazing and very thorough but most of all caring!

I joined Southern Primary Care a year ago. Dr. D. Patel has been amazing, in my treatment. His staff is friendly and professional. Dr. D. Patel now is the PCP for my brother and mother. Dr. Patel along with his staff make sure all annual screenings are addressed and completed. He takes his time and review lab results as his team follow-up with any concerns you may have. I highly recommend Southern Primary to care for your family needs.

Okay I was asked to write a review on my experience at Dr. Dipen Patel 's office. I have been seeing Dr.D. for a little over a year. I have read some of the reviews and came to the conclusion that you can't satisfy everyone. Everybody has talked about his professionalism but no one has talked about his humor side as a doctor. I know doctors are supposed to be professional but they need laughter sometimes to. So Dr.D. keep up the jokes with me because I am 71 years old and can take it because life is to short to be serious all the time. In short you and your staff keep up the good work. I would give this office 10 stars but they only ask for 5.

No matter my illness walking in this office alone makes you feel better. Dr. Patel’s care and how he explains your condition is humbling. From the front desk, the appearance of the office and the office staff are fantastic!!!
