Zen Nails

My hubby ^david brought me here and I absolutely love how they came out!! I couldn’t figure out which pink I wanted so she brought and showed me 3 different ones and put examples of how they’d come out on nails! Definitely deserved that tip!! Thank you!!

Zen Nails is a phenomenal place to get your nails done. It’s the only place I’ll go in San Antonio.
The experience is perfect from start to finish. You’ll be greeted kindly as soon as you enter. The prices are clearly displayed and discussed before any service. You’ll be given a delicious beverage of your choice. And, of course, the actual manicure/pedicures are attentively executed with perfect attention to detail.
I can’t recommend Zen Nails more.

Zen nails has always been a welcoming place. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Hannah over the years, and shes a very great person, and her sets always come out solid. I’ve never had a complaint! She ensures that there’s quality in her work. Mr. Vince has also given great experiences. He’s a wonderful business owner, and he’s great to talk to. Also, my nails haven’t looked this good… ever. I have taken family and friends here on some occasions, and they’ve complimented on how safe this establishment feels. It’s always a welcoming experience, Zen Nails will always have my business.

This is my first time coming to the nails, and all I can say is that I had an amazing first experience. Hannah took care of my nails, and I showed her a design that shes never done before, however, she did not disappoint me at all. She was very patient and kind, and I believe she did a really great job on my nails. They were so nice, and as I was waiting for my ride, they allowed me to stay inside the store after closing hours. The employees here are so kind, and they hold really good conversations with their customers. I would highly recommend you to come and get your nails done at this salon.

I was a walk-in, I got a mani/pedi & eyebrows done all under 2hrs & under $100. I am satisfied overall, As this was my first time here. V did a great job, I'm definitely gonna have to come back again!

*Update: still 5 stars! Been here several times and never been disappointed. Got my first gel manicure here and it is perfect.*
My experience was awesome. Made an appointment, was able to find a gorgeous color on their wall, then opted for the super fancy gold pedicure that comes with a hot stone massage and hot towel wrap. They offered me a free drink so I chose a mimosa, which was fantastic. The guy who did my foot/leg massage was just amazing - he asked to make sure I was comfortable and made adjustments based on my feedback. It was super relaxing, and I came out looking and feeling FANCY. This is officially my favorite nail salon.

I have come in for years and am never disappointed. Staff is kind and talented. Just for my nails done for prom and Jenny took two hours out of her day to do my nails. I love them!

I LOVE zen Nails and refuse to get my nails done anywhere else in San Antonio. I have gotten dip and gel manicures and standard pedicures for the past four years and have never once been disappointed by the service, quality, or staying power of my nails.

I have been coming to Zen Nails for almost 2 years. Michelle is the absolute best and the person I trust to always leave me feeling so happy. Zen Nails is always super clean, friendly, and up to date on new trends. Whenever a friend asks me for recommendations I tell them to go here. You won’t leave disappointed!! Ask for Michelle! I’ve been coming here for 5 years now, of course I paused my services last year because of Covid but I returned! I love that they still require masks. I get a classic pedicure and dip nails with Kim regularly but I’ve had services done with several people there, I always receive great service. It’s smaller but super clean.

Brought my husband here for his first pedicure as well as my first time trying this place. It was an awesome experience! Jenny and Vincent did an awesome job! Nowadays, I feel like people rush when doing a foot/leg massage. They took their time and made sure we were comfortable. I will be coming back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Very enjoyable experience. I came in looking for a full set, was greated promptly and asked if I wanted a beverage. Once seated, I had to 'fess up - I have a damaged, fragile nail and always have trouble relaying that to nail techs, but not here. They were super accomdating, did a great job and even fixed 2 nails that weren't to my liking without rude remarks or any trouble. I would 100% recommend Zen Nails and will be going back!

Zen nails is my go-to nail salon. While I no longer get the fake nails because I simply don't have the time every two - three weeks, I thoroughly enjoy their pedicures.

Chi Pedicure was nice with the massage. They did a good job, I will probably visit again. Got a gel mani, they seem to have plenty of colors to choose from. They also do dipping powder. They have different options with different prices on pedis, etc. Not cheap, though. But very relaxing.

Love love love this place... Since moving to San Antonio I couldn't find anyone I liked for my nails... Decided to try Zen and the experience was just great. Not rushed, shaped very very good, and you can tell they love what they do .. highly recommend

I started getting dip done in July and haven’t missed a visit yet! I always come home happy with nails that last. No dings scratches or chipping. Hanna’s latest work has me ready for spring!

I scheduled a pedicure with Zen Nails, went with the Zen Stress Free. This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a pedicure. All of their tools came straight out of a sterile bag, and they outstanding attention to detail. I'll refer friends, family, and my rugby team!

Customer Service, refreshingly genuine!

This is unlike any review I have written. It stems from not being happy. I went into this salon for the first time, I wanted a pale natural pinkish white color. Nothing eye catching, just clean and neat for a business trip. I have never used dip before and chose a color I thought would achieve these results.

First I had a pedicure, I don't know his name, but he took his time and did a fantastic job...despite just getting a classic standard no upgrades, I felt very pampered.

Secondly, the technician that did my dip did a fantastic job on shaping, taking her time and clearly paying attention to details. Sadly, I was getting more upset as we neared the end as the color just wasn't what I wanted. They looked pretty, just not the color I wanted or expected.

I asked if they are sure this is the color I picked, as I saw a lavender in it and that is not at all what I wanted. And this is why I am giving them FIVE STARS... I expected them to just insist it was what I picked, but no...the technician and another woman were very adamant and in a very kind way, that if I wasn't happy they would remove them and redo them! I was actually taken aback how fast they were to redo them to satisfy me.

"Literally said, we want you to leave happy and satisfied." I really didn't have the time or want to spend the time to redo them, but that is on me. They were very kind, not defensive, and just genuinely wanted me to leave happy. I knew they looked pretty and today, a day later, I am quite happy with them though they are different than I was aiming for, they look beautiful. Maybe I just picked the wrong color for what I wanted...IDK.

What I do know...I will continue being a customer and appreciate they actually care about their customer's satisfaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be back!
