Had a great experience with the pharmacy staff. Especially with David , he was very professional and helpful with everything we needed . I know there is staffing issues , hopefully you hire more people like David . Because of him will be making this pharmacy our primary!

I have been to this Walgreens a few times to fill prescriptions. Every time I need a refill or need a vaccine, the pharmacy staff have been extremely kind, courteous, and professional.

this place is amazing!!! the employees are incredible!! so helpful and kind always. the pharmacy is extraordinary and amanda the cashier is the biggest sweetheart, everyone there is great!! did I mention the store manger is awesome!! as well as all of the leadership. it’s a great team they have over there all such hard workers. love that place endlessly!! awesome place!! everyone is so hard working and dedicated to their job. much respect and appreciation for the walgreens off of west ave thank you to all of the extraordinary workers.

Best walgreens youtyou can go to. The pharmacy is on point and there is no wait or delays. They know whats whing on and rhey have spectacular customer service.

First time picking meds up. Staff was helpful, polite and friendly.

Like all other pharmacies this Walgreens location has had staffing challenges, especially during/after the public health emergency. It closes randomly, sometimes without notice, and sometimes the fill process is affected by a lack of processing prescriptions or applying your insurance. I will say Robert, the new pharmacist is FANTASTIC! He hasn't been a pharmacist very long, but he is professional, courteous, prudent, and most of all personable. He remembers customer's names and overall makes you feel safe about the medications you're taking. While there is usually a wait due to the number of staff available on the shift, I do not mind waiting for great service. Please take it easy on them. His customer service is definitely bleeding over to the staff who work with him and I love the that. Are the wait times ideal? Not always, but quality over quantity.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I even asked to speak to a manager which the person said I am the manager and proceeded to belittle me and continued to deliver sub par service. The representative repeatedly said to "be quiet and listen" as well as "since you know everything "

One thing I do know is when go spot a computer error, how to talk to customers, and how to troubleshoot a proccess. None of which was shown to me. Absolutely trash service do not reccomend.

Worst walgreens I've been to. I attempted to deposit cash into my chime card here and wasn't able to do so because I didn't have my driver's license with me. Now according to the youtube walgreens how to deposit cash onto chime at walgreens Tutorial video a driver's license is not needed. So I won't be back. Imagine having a lot of medical promblems and not being able to deposit cash into your account. Now Imagine having done so at this place

Male cashier with the bleached hair came off as rude and gave off racially prejudiced vibes. Maybe he was having a bad day or wore wrong size undies .🤔
