Love this place hard to go to different movie theater now because there seat are sooo comfy

Well, going for my first time. Now I know why everyone wants to go here. Only issue I had. Bathrooms were too far away from theaters (only one). And people with disabilities or digestive issues will have a problem. They can correct this.. whether they choose to.. another issue

Comfortable seats, heated, and enjoy how easy it is to show ticket from email and then enter.

The movie was awesome we saw Guardians of the Galaxy 3 everything is always neat and clean the employees are very courteous. But the food and drinks are very pricey it cost more to get something to drink and snacks than it did for two of us to go to a movie

I took my family there here this summer and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and service. The reclining chairs is just unbelievable and they make you want to fall asleep as opposed to watching the movie. Highly recommended.

I can't wait for them to add new businesses to District 40. It's great seeing the old mall being transformed and coming back.

The place is amazing. Like watching a movie at home, if you have fully reclining , heated seats and a bar and a huge screen with fantastic sound. Also, food that's good and you didn't have to cook it. A super experience. Discounts for seniors.

This review is more for Warehouse Cinemas, but we do love that whole area. Having Home Depot there (my favorite store), Sardis (my favorite restaurant), Big Lots and Modern Asia (best Asian restaurant in town) across the street are all welcome bonuses. We are in this area at least a couple times each week, if not more. One of Frederick’s great neighborhoods!

New warehouse cinemas is very nice!! Have food and alcohol drinks for the parents and all the usual things for the kids. The seats recline and have heating and cooling features. Also have a swing in table for your food and drinks if you need it. Very nice !!

This theater is awesome. They sell beer there, there are tables and chairs out there where you can sit and eat your food, and the theater chairs are able to recline however you want them and they have a heater on them so you can heat up the back of your body. Also, you can buy popcorn, candy, and theater food like pizza and French fries for you to eat and even soda. Last time I was there, my mom got me a cool t-shirt that they had. If you want to have one, ask them for it. Also, you may to park in the back of the building because when you walk to the front of the building, you may be surprised about how long the hallway is. I think that when you go this theater, you will be surprised about what it has to offer.

Definitely worth the hour drive...New favorite movie theater 😊

A really nice modern movie theater. A lot free close parking in parking lot. Good movie selection. Very comfortable seats. Excellent food and service. Very clean facility including restrooms. Perfect place to go on date night. Another gem of Frederick!

Loved it bar atmosphere on one side and theater on the other. Not overly pricey beer on tap great seats clear screen and clean what more can you ask for. Family friendly.

Very nice theater. I can't stay awake in this theater because the seating is to comfortable. Its nice that you can eat while watching a movie.

Warehouse Cinema was a nice way to spend an afternoon. The reclining seats and arm-side table made it a most comfortable and enjoyable experience watching the movie..
