Ruby Tuesday

We sat at the bar & Ashley T was our bartender. She was amazing! It's a Sunday night on a holiday weekend, & usually when places are slow, the servers & bartenders disappear here & there but not Ashley T.
I can't say the last time I ate at Ruby Tuesdays, but it's been a while. Ashley T was so great with all my questions. I asked her about the new cocktails because I couldn't decide. She literally went above & beyond to tell me what's in them, what she thought about each one & what people think. She did the same with the new items on the food menu. She was SPOT ON!
I had the new "Ruby Relaxer" & OMG DELISH!
For food, I had the new "Deconstructed Kabob" OMG it was so good also! My dinner partner had "Ribs,Steak & Shrimp" combo also great! Ashley T was paying attention but not in your face. The best way to sum it up is Ashley T gets 💯 all across the board!!! If you're looking for a great meal & cocktail with superb service, show up atnRuby Tuesdays & sit at the bar to eat if Ashley T is on the bar!! I will def be back Ashley T!

It's Ruby Tuesday. Pretty quiet inside, not much going on. Cajun pasta was pretty good, albeit a rather small portion. Salad bar was great. Travis was our server and was really pleasant and attentive.

Honestly a perfect end to a chill night. Came into ruby for dinner with the lady, as she had a craving for the salad bar. Travis greeted as the bar awesome from the start. He was funny and definitely livened the mood! Salad bar was delicious, food was good. As the night went on Travis had the perfect tempo of checking on us and giving us space. The night would have been fine already but Travis’s service took it up a few notches. Coming back if we had more time, I’d see if we could sit in his section for sure

Food was delicious. The New Orleans Seafood Combo (got mine with broccoli instead of rice) and Cheesecake were both just perfect! The Berry Sangria was really tasty too. Our server Travis was awesome, very funny and attentive to us. Keep him and give him a raise!

Spare ribs were really tuff and I couldn’t even cut them but didn’t tell the waiter. Salad bar was fresh and good. Travis is an awesome waiter and has a great sense of humor. He is a keeper and I would give him a raise

Food was great! Had the bourbon salmon with zucchini & rice pilaf & it was delicious. Salad bar is a favorite. Travis was our server & was friendly & did a great job!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent dinner. Our waiter Travis was the best server we’ve had in quite some time. He was both personable and professional. We’ll definitely be back to see him again.

We stopped in for lunch at the Frederick, MD location. Our waiter, Travis, was excellent, very friendly and took good care of us. Food was tasty and filling. Definitely one of our best RT experiences.

Excellent customer services, plates and utensils very well cleaned, friendly atmosphere, and the food was excellent! I had a grilled salmon with white rice and broccoli. My wife had the Mac and cheese with parmesan chicken. Soooo good! Highly recommended! I also recommend the Classic Starters of tortilla chips, mozzarella sticks, and soft pretzels. Comes nice and hot . For some the cheese sauce may be a touch too salty but overall delicious! Have fun!!!

Our Server Travis B. Did an awesome job. They were short on staff today but Travis did a great job of taking care of everyone. Food was very good. The salad bar was a little on the light side (missing a few things) but still enjoyed the fresh choices.

We had a very nice experience, food was delicious, the bar salad was fresh, our server Travis exced our expectations, he was very friendly and nice and even suggested dishes and drinks to try!! Definitely will come back again!!

Jen our bartender & waitress was excellent in service, attention, attitude, on this rainy day. Service with a smile & laugh or too. Enjoyed my lunch with a friend, the food was good, and it was great catching up with my friend, everything was very good.

We visited the Ruby in Frederick on 01/24/24 and our server was a Judy. We were amazed when she said that she’s 76 years old and she does her job with such a joy and energy. We got the best service. I get the feeling that she loves her job. We want to come back and hopefully we’ll get her as our server.

Judy was my server and she’s such a sweetheart. The food there is amazing. They have the best entree out of all the restaurants I’ve been to and it’s their chicken Parmesan!!! Ask for extra Alfredo sauce on the side for that extra slappage… seriously, I discovered their chicken parm about 20 years ago and other restaurants cannot compete.

Travis the bartender was amazing! Great customer service and knowledge of what to make. He was able to mix drinks off the menu to perfection. If only he could've cooked the food too. Highly recommend!

Had dinner with a couple friends a couple days ago, one of which is in the later stages of early onset dementia. I explained to the receptionist (Ayana I believe is her name) and waiter (Grayden). They both did an amazing job of accommodating our needs and making the evening a success. They provided true personalized and superior customer serve.

Food was nicely done as well. Thanks for a great evening!

The waitress Judy was very polite and professional. She did a great job. She was very polite, very patient and answered our questions.

Our server Travis was great. His was friendly and his service was superb. I would recommend that you ask for Travis if you want to have exceptional service. Manager was also very friendly and offered great service.

I'm autistic and I visited here a few times now. the food's delicious for what it is, the unlimited salad bar at it is a great value. I found the place easy to navigate the bathrooms, clean the food presentable and the weight staff very pleasant
