The employe Jon was a great dude and should honestly be promoted he was such a friendly person and honestly is the only guy I have seen that goes out of his way to help people when they need it.And he explains .In really good detail how the membership works will come again

Came in Wednesday night to buy some serotonin (a switch and Pokémon sword), only one guy working and already had a few other customers but he didn’t fail to attend to everyone and get me everything I needed & answer questions. These guys are out here doing gods work curing seasonal depression, terrible corporate doesn’t take better care of them. If mgmt reads this, give them raises to cover the fact that their benefits will be cut next year.

This was a smaller location compared to some that I have seen. They had a pretty decent collection of new games for Nintendo Switch but not too many options for used games which is why I came but I guess that inventory all depends on the customers that sell their games to them. I was greeted when I first came in which is sometimes unheard of now a days so great job! The store was pretty neat and organized.

Nathaniel is a great employee. I needed headsets for my son's but didn't have a lot of money to spend. I needed a recommendation and he explained to me in great detail why he picked the one for them he did. Didn't try to upsell me, just knew I wanted to do something good for my son's and helped take care of it. This GameStop always has better service than the one in West Frederick.

Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very informative in terms of all the different games in the store, I had a really delightful experience, and had no difficulty finding the perfect game for me.

I brought in a whoooooooooole lotta trades - the ASL was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. This store has definitely earned its Prestige title!! Plus, who doesn't like a huge wall of Funko Pops?

Great place and super helpful. Lots of games, equipment, and merchandise. Great place to get socks too. Most people do not know that, but yeah cool socks and games. What else can you want?

There's this really nice girl that works there but I don't remember her name. I spoke with her a bit and she's a sweet heart. The location also offers plenty of opportunity to preorder anything you could want.

Great place great service, I'm always treated with respect, if you need a game found or reserve or trade just ask and they will take great care of you, tell him you read James review. Only problem that sucks and its not them its the company,there's a review on the bottom of the receipt and I assume that if you dont fill out its there fault and they get in trouble, like most places do now. like they are supose to make you or follow you home to do it lmao all we want to do is game when we get home, so please if you go to any of these fill these out
