Well, there's a charcoal grill, picnic table and trashcan. Other than that you have a bunch of pine trees and pine needles. I don't personally consider this a park but you can grill a burger here if you want.
Edit: there's also a lot of poison ivy growing now that's going unchecked by the city. Must be another park that's a tax write-off for Newton.
