Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab (Aspen Ridge)

This is by far THE BEST place to go if you need any type of physical therapy!! I'm going for CMC (arthritis in my basal joint, or hand/thumb) & JOSH is the one treating me there.. His hand knowledge is impeccable! On my 1st visit, he explained everything about CMC to me, like why I have pain, what's causing the pain & how he's going to treat the pain. He answered all of my 100 questions so that I would understand all that's going on. I went to a PT for my knee at "a place in Crestwood," & I felt so uncomfortable there that after 3 visits, I didn't go back.
At Frederick Health - Aspen Ridge, it is totally different, I'm talking night & day differently! He is AMAZING!! The great vibe & treatment starts as soon as you walk in the front door & it just flows into the treatment area! It sucks to be in pain as it is, & the last thing you need is to be treated badly! So if you need PT, you need to go to Frederick Health-Aspen Ridge! All of the people there are without a doubt a "Ray of Sunshine" & that's what you need when you're in pain. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be happier with my decision to do PT here. I completely trust all the specialist and know that they will do whatever they can to get you back to your full potential. The therapist I spend the most time with is Dan. I cannot think of any way that Dan could be better at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable and does an outstanding job creating a unique plan based on the individual. If you chose FMH rehab at Aspen Ridge you will not be disappointed!

I have recently moved to Frederick, and I have chronic back and hip pain that has flared up recently with the stresses of the move. Previously I got relief from physical therapy from an excellent practice near my home in Timonium, so I sought PT in Frederick. I visited 3 practices, and ultimately made an appointment with Frederick Health PT. What a wonderful and client-friendly practice. Every person I encountered is helpful, informed and efficient. This practice is thoroughly professional as well as warm and friendly AND motivating. The facilities are immaculate. I give it an unqualified 5 stars!

OMG, this is an amazing place! Dan did the evaluation and implemented a plan of action. Dan or Stephanie gave me individualized attention during each session. They are so encouraging! In just a few weeks my pain level and the strength in my leg had greatly improved! Dan, Stephanie, Lindsay, and Maya are amazing people that genuinely care about their patients! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing from checkout to my OT/hand therapist Joshua Eppinger. He got my hand back to normal after my thumb joint replacement! Will definitely come back!!

I am so happy with the treatment I received with Rick..I developed vitago and referred to Aspen for PT to help. I was so incredibly happy with the attention and care that I received.. Not only did the PT help with the vitago, I discovered I also need to work on my balance.. I am still using the exercises today...Big Mahalo to Rick..

I’ve only been a patient there for 1 week but from my personal expiernce the staff there are the most personable people I’ve ever met in a professional office (and I work in healthcare). They have made feel super welcome and comfortable. They aren’t pushy but will work you to your best interest. You aren’t just another patient to them, you’re an individual that they are there to help and that make you feel just that. I would highly recommend them!

Amanda is amazing! She is helping me a lot with my recovering after 4 surgeries in my left knee! I really recommend Amanda as a physiotherapist!

Dr. Jensen is awesome, but if you are here as a result of an injury requiring insurance outside of your own, this is not the place to come! Their office staff will not accommodate PIP claims or even try to help resolve it with FMH billing.
