I had a great experience at their Pharmacy , particularly with Destiny. I’d just come from CVS because they canceled my appointment without notice (made two weeks prior) and was in a rush to get a vaccination. She was patient and incredibly helpful dealing with my insurance. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. Definitely made my day better and appreciated the care I received!

The Pharmacy @ Opossumtown Pike in Frederick is great and so is all of their staff! I've been going there for years. It's a pretty simple process. You go in and drop of your script. Let them know @ that point if you need it in a hurry or they can just take their time on it. Then you leave. You simply check your Walgreens app, and that will let you know when what process your medication is in at that point. Once your script is ready, you will get a email or a text. At that point you go in and get you prescriptions. It's been working for me this way for YEARS, so I'm not sure what the hell the rest of you are doing that's pissing you all off. It seems like a pretty simple process to me.

After 1 1/2 years of issues fighting with late stage cancer. I feel that Ben is a great pharmacist! Also a few others have been a great help for me. It didn't start out well but things seem to be getting better ❤ keep up the good work it doesn't go unnoticed

I go to Walgreens all the time to supply my coffee stash. They always have the best deals and their point system is just the cherry on top! The store is never overcrowded and you never have to wait long in line, so you can be comfortable in there during this pandemic.

Has been my pharmacy of choice for the past year. Their prescription drugs are very affordable if you have to pay all or some out of pocket costs. Best price around for out of pocket on Medicare D. Always has just about anything you're looking for. The staff are all very pleasant. Only negative I have is the hours, really wish they were open 24 hrs

If you hate going to the drug store, this branch of Walgreens will make you smile. They send email and or call to let you know your RX has been filled. They call to tell you if they won't have it ready until the next day. Simply put, they do what you expect a well run business to do. Kudos to the management of this store because I don't have any experience with their other locations. I know I don't get this level of service from any other drug store in Frederick....without naming names.

Clean and well-run Walgreens!! No other big box pharmacy even comes close to Walgreens! This store is especially clean and spacious and the associates have ALWAYS been friendly and seem happy to work there. Adam (not sure what his title is) is always impeccably dressed and I have seen him manning every section from photo to the pharmacy in just one visit! Joe at the front end is super friendly as well!

I absolutely love my Walgreens! It's so clean and not cluttered like most pharmacies tend to be. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I tell everyone how much I love my Walgreens!

No issues well stocked shelves, long and spacious aisles, nice employees. I went in and got out super quick.

I had issues printing a photo from this place and associates were very helpful and polite. The workers are very nice especially Cassandra.

Everyone I have met is so nice. Place is always and cleaned and well stocked.

Always polite, but wait times are longer then stated15-20 mins. usually more like 30- to 1 hour!
