I wish i got his name but the older man working here is an absolute delight he was really great to joke with and made our quick ice cream run one to remember!

This Dairy Queen may have the best food of any location I've ever visited. The owner clearly takes a lot of care in the business and everything is extremely high quality. The free parking in the building is great too. This is definitely a great spot to stop for a snack.

Parking was easy actually. Fast service too. Everyone was super nice.

I love this Dairy Queen. It’s very clean and has a nice atmosphere and the customer service is really great! Not all Dairy Queen’s have good customer service but this one is exceptional. I ordered food for my entire family to take home and the owner boxed it all up for me without me even having to ask. The staff is always friendly here. I recommend to anyone!

20 minutes before close on a Sunday night. I was told the owner would personally make my food. He handed it to me smoking hot, gave me napkins and condiments. I feel like I had to tip the guy! Food was good too.

I lived in the same building as this DQ for 4 years, so as you can imagine there were many blizzard-filled days. The owners and employees were always incredibly nice and generous. I even brought my parents in to meet them when they were in town for a visit! Best DQ ever!

Now I know a lot of people who criticize fast food that is true Dairy Queen at this location is one of the better locations and it has a special place for those who live in Decatur. This location has been here for over 40 years you know the original bill is not there too many of people who live in the deck. This has special meaning plus it's one of the better locations besides South Dekalb one but everybody like coming here because it's a more relaxed environment

The owner is a national treasure. Can't go wrong with some scream from DQ, and this place is no exception.

Also, they always make a special cherry arctic blast with ice cream mixed in for my partner. They are so accommodating and wonderful.

After eating my burger, l went back to the counter and ordered a blizzard. I didn't realize I didn't have enough money to pay, so the man very pleasantly took what money I had.
Where on Earth would a person find a business that would be so kind.

I seriously love this place. I have never been to a more immaculate fast food joint in my life. This DQ is always sparkling and the staff is extremely friendly and just really nice people. You have to park in the Arlo building but it’s no big deal. Parking is free. I guess that could be a little bit of a bummer if you don’t like having to park in deck but otherwise it’s great.

The DQ is great. The kids and I love the cones with the chocolate and cherry coating. The teenagers like the Blizzards. This is very easy with a family, because there’s free parking right next to it, under the building. The proprietors are very kind and nice.

This place is always good. The workers are always smiling and making jokes, it's definitely the best DQ I've ever been to. I come here often and the food is always hot and made it order, and the deserts are always delicious!

So glad this store survived the construction of the arlo. The food here exceeds most DQs I've visited. The owner takes pride in the product. Hot food is delivered to your table. The owner is a character. He always has a joke or quip to put a smile on your face. They offer free parking so don't be intimidated by the traffic situation.

No drive thru, no problem. Plenty of free parking inside the garage nearby and if you happen to catch the owner working the register, he is always good for a smile.

The customer service here is phenomenal! They were more than happy to help with my special request, which totally made my day and was the highlight of my birthday! Loved this place before, I’m over the moon now! Thank you!!

Amazing service, wonderful people. Just ordered a birthday cake for my daughter over the phone. Baskin Robbins gave me the run around, both in person and on the phone. I will always get my cakes from this DQ. They are the best. Mohammed was incredibly helpful!

Great Customer Service Still going strong over 40 years. I grew up with this Fast-food Restaurant . Instead of the hotel now they have Apartments best new Innovations. Thank you
