Walmart Supercenter

My visit was yesterday with my son and mom and I just wanted to say that Aliyah was very nice. I was having issues with my transaction but she still remained patient and calm due to the stress of only having one register open. It’s rare to have that kind of customer service in retail. She’s great!

For All Those that get The UCard you can use It at Walmart or Kroger and They will Shop For you and you can pick it up or Have Them Delivery so If you or looking to make your Life a little smoother and Buy Food, Pay Bills, or just pay for Your prescription and It is a Great Place to get Household Items and Merchandise.

This Walmart Is clean, well organized and pretty well stocked. It is in a good location with plenty of parking and easy access to the store. The pharmacy is located in the center of store. Check out at the garden center was quick and easy. The employees here are friendly, courteous and very professional.

Bought new PS5 Game memory from there recently. Will worth it will add photos later. Great Customer service and wonderful experience.

Very good customer service and you can get in and out quickly. The only thing that has changed is that there are more self checkouts based on the remodel. The Avondale store still has good customer service. 5-27 customer service is still top line. 8-9-23 vist everything is still good.

The staff members at this location are always friendly and helpful. Everything is well-stocked, clean, and even a good selection of clearance/discounted items. The self-checkout options are nice, too.

Thank you Jesus Christ that you have people with a heart to Care about the customer for Real and not treat you like another number, but letting the customer know they are appreciated. I was a former Walmart pharmacy customer until I changed my insurance. I changed again which put me back at Walmart pharmacy. I am so happy! My first refills at Walmart and Danielle assisted me and found out all my meds were not there. Danielle rechecked that's how Charlotte, the pharmacist got involved to help. Charlotte asked for number of former pharmacy to talk to them. "WHO DOESTHAT", Charlotte. I thank God for the "Extra Milers", at Walmart Danielle and Charlotte. I got all my meds!!! Very helpful and courteous staff, no waiting at the checkout, fully stocked, clean and organized.

The Greeter roasted me because I got a seedless watermelon by accident. Then explained to me why seeded watermelons were superior.

I much prefer this to some dusty bag of bones white person checking my receipt and one bag as if she's the sheriff of sundodger city.

I had an extraordinary issue with a phone I ordered online and needed to pick up. After 30 of waiting we called and we're told the phone was not located and it would take alot more time. So I went into the store, found the phone on the shelf and told the guy "I want my phone". After checking my attitude the worker addressed my issue, when a picker came out and got the phone. I thought she was a customer and told here it was in the wrong spot but she worked there. So i told the guy "that's my phone" and he said "probably" so I ran after her. I explained to her my issues and the first man I had talked to in electrics walked from the pick up area and worked with the girl and told me just a little bit longer. So longer I waited and the first guy from electronics came back to check, that was above and beyond his responsibility and is the reason for five stars instead of one.
I appreciate all five employees that went out of their way to help. Did I wait an hour? Yes. Was I upset? Yes. But a simple stocking mistake by an employee in electronics was not the fault of pick up, and as stated I was very satisfied with the associates who were honestly having to handle a Very Irritated customer.

The manager and assistant manager are horrible. They never smile, take personal calls in front of customers and do not greet you.

This stores customer service has really turned around since a few years ago. I find a lot more helpful assistance when needed and the pickup service is awesome.

Even though they didn't have what I needed I was able to buy and come straight out self check out to line no wait

I LOVE the large self checkout registers! This store is usually fully stocked, clean & staff friendly. Overall it has the feel of safety at this Walmart but they can do better with parking lot security, PLEASE

Love walking the store. Good place to shop and great place to rack up steps.
