I had a wonderful experience from the beginning as I spoke with Devin (sp) when making an appointment. The young lady who took the x-rays did an awesome job and Dr. Lacey and her assistant rendered excellent service and were very caring. The nice lady at the appointment desk did not rush me when I made the decision to return for a cleaning.

I have severe dental anxiety due to a past experience, so I am always very anxious when going to the dentist, especially a new one. Everyone at Southern Dental was kind and listened to what I had to say and let me ask questions. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job and the scraping process wasn't horrible like it normally is! They also offer a great discount plan for those (like myself) who may not have dental insurance. Being a patient there has me looking forawrd to my next visit. I would recommend Southern Dental to anyone and everyone!

Definitely a homey feel. A big difference is that you can feel and see the care they have. I have bad nerves at the dentist because of a prior bad experience and they made sure to walk me through everything, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. It meant a lot 10/10 recommend

I have been through a lot with Dentist. I have seen five different dentist within nine months. Finally, I decided to go to Southern dental care, they made me instantly feel welcome treated me with respect and was able to take care of all all my dental needs. They understood my insurance they talk and smile and treated me like they’ve been knowing me . Very professional, Very clean i’m very fast. My appointment was at 8:00 I filled out all the paperwork by 8:05 My name was called @. 8:10 they did an x-ray. Examine my teeth, gave me consultation and printed up a treatment plan and I was out the door by 9:00 . This was the best experience in the last nine months that I’ve had the best. Absolutely great I will highly recommend southern dental care.

The staff is the best professional and they care. The best part is Dr. Lacey phenomenal. I was scared to get my wisdom teeth out for six years and she took it out in 10 seconds I was truly amazed .No pain just remarkable. I am a new patient, and I will be a patient for life. I love Southern Dental! The staff is always warm and welcoming even over the phone, and their text reminders are always helpful. My dental hygienist Kelly is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Every single time she hits above and beyond the mark, she quick but extremely precise. Dr. Vu & Dr. Lacy/Lacey are super sweet and very informative. Altogether this place is a 5 star establishment.

Blown away from this office, the staff and Dr. Lacey! I’ve had a bit of a bad experience previously with another place that left me a little anxious, and Dr. Lacey was kind, genuine, understanding and honest. I have never had an experience like this at a dental office. She took her time, never made me feel rushed, explained everything to me and genuinely wanted to help. Mrs. Janelle at the front desk was such a sweetheart as well. She worked me in last minute. The level of professionalism is unmatched. Thank you guys for everything, you have a lifelong customer with me now.

Love love love this place! I absolutely hate going to the dentist because of several bad experiences I had, but I am almost looking forward to going back. Ms. Heidi was awesome! We chatted about my twins, and she made me feel completely comfortable. Not to mention, it’s an all-female office! If i could give 10 stars I would. Thank you all for giving me a dental office I can trust! ❤

I love the reminder of my appointment. The window staff were very family friendly and explaining the paperwork needed. The DDS, hygienist and support staff were very helpful in explaining what they were going to do and why. The insurance lady was pleasant and knowledgeable. I don't recall having such a wonderful and positive visit!

The Southern Dental Care Team is amazing! They're always extra friendly and do their best to meet the patient's needs. The office is always spotless as well as the equipment. I always recommend Southern Dental care!

I would definitely recommend Southern Dental Care. Everyone was very nice, reassuring, and made me feel very comfortable. They spent a lot of time with me and explained everything. I was very impressed with how much care they took with me.

The staff here are incredible! They are friendly, genuine, and care about the specific needs of the patient. The facility is state of the art, as well as clean and very organized. It’s apparent that the staff take pride in their work and the upkeep of the facility. They offer a myriad of options to ensure patient comfort. My hygienist was the absolute BEST!!!! All in all were so impressed and agree that we have found our forever dentist office. Give them a try and see for yourself!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist at all! I was nervous as heck going in not knowing what to expect. Had to get a molar pulled. When I say these people have the best chair side manor, I mean the best. I wanted to climb that chair during my procedure but it wasn’t because Dr Lacey Andreotta didn’t do everything in her power to make me comfortable. She is the greatest! She constantly checked to see if I was good. She was very sincere and professional. Even though they are out of network for my insurance I will continue to go there whenever I can. They are a very professional group! They live up to their mission. Thanks Dr Lacey!

My dentist passed away a couple years ago and I have been struggling to find someone I like and feel comfortable with. I went to Southern Dental and felt like I had been a patient there for years. All of the ladies are super sweet and explain everything in detail. They tell you your cost up front before your appointment so you are prepared and their communication skills between each other are impeccable. They got me in super fast for an emergency visit and made me feel so comfortable that they now have a new patient. They are very quick as well, no waiting and sitting there for an hour to be seen or examined. My whole appointment took less than an hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Dr. Vo is the absolute sweetest as well.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Heidi was wonderful. She cleaned my teeth. I never felt a thing. And the dentist. The doctor was wonderful. They will be my permanent dentist from now on.
