Southside Park

Fun place. Came here for a birthday party celebration where we grilled out, had some food, played volleyball, Kan jam, and more. Great family friendly place to take a walk, cook some food, and spend time together.

If I'm around, I'd go again.

This is a really nice park. Been coming here for years. It’s our running spot. 1 lap, 1 mile. Nice track. The whole place is well maintained. Lots of picnic tables. Volleyball, soccer, they got it. Very safe. Awesome place to spend the day. I highly recommend this place for sure.

Had some major flooding today. June 2019

We went for their Halloween event yesterday. It was a great spot to go to that had a little of everything. They had Hay rides, candy, games, inflatables, and food trucks. There were also costume contests. Loved seeing all the selfmade and store bought contestants.

On a regular day I love how spacious it is. Huge track people usually run or walk their dogs around. My kids always love the pit stops to pet them. My family has all met up and played volleyball and had so much fun here. A little sad that it isn't there anymore. They have swings, a sandbox, and a playground with a few slides. My kids love playing here. I love doing birthdays here. It has a big picnic shelter that is right beside the bathrooms.

Wonderful park to walk your dog. Not too crowded but enough other visitors around to increase feeling of safety.

It's a great place to visit although in the main Sunshine during the day there is a tennis court bathrooms and a track

Beautiful location. Private. Clean and classy venue.

I think it is a great park for walking and movies at the park! It is also a great park for picnics. The playground is pretty dated and has a sharp rusted portion at the top of one of the slides a little foot could fall through and get hurt. I hope they swap the park out soon. I went here years ago as a kid! The park has a soccer area and a sandy pit with a volley ball net.

The park is nice and very clean. My dog loves walking the trail here. It is all gravel so wear comfortable shoes. Some picnic space, lots of benches, and they have a sand volleyball net. There is a small stream that runs along some parts of the trail.

Good for kids and adults. And lots of shade trees. There is also a trail to walk or walk your dog. The park has clean restrooms and a water fountain. There is a local lady that paints designs on rocks and hides them at this and other parks they are beautiful so keep that in mind if you go out here. It makes for a neat scavenger hunt.

A very lovely park. I used to bring my kids to this park when they were small to play to picnic to watch the Friday night movies. Many wonderful memories in this park. Tonight my 22 year old daughter wanted to go for a walk and she chose this park. It was nice.... Warm memories....

If I'm around, I'd go again.

Had a good time at this park. They have a problem with water drainage after a heavy rain. Beware of mud.

It was a little muddy after the rain. It is a beautiful park. I enjoy doing Pokemon there!

Had a great time there took my great grandkids. And my son .their grandfather. A lot of picnic areas nice clean walking trail. Very big open and wide. Love that park.

Picnic tables, grills & plenty of trash cans, all make for a convenient park. This park has all that and beautiful trails/paths that even allow dogs. Plus, a little play area and rest rooms.

Lots of amenities, nice playground and picnic areas. Bathrooms were clean.
