Great service! Tabitha was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful with choices and explanations and put me at ease with getting a new phone and all that is involved with the switch. I have to say the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a new phone. Maybe that’s in part because they are an all woman, manager and salespeople, shop. Thanks Tabby!

Stopped in this store with an issue regarding my service/connectivity that I was unable to resolve myself via customer care number… Monica greeted us quickly and with a smile, I explained my situation and she was empathetic and more than willing to help me… she called customer care on my behalf and PATIENTLY dealt with representative (that’s an achievement in itself cuz I was ready to pull my hair out lol) and after a WHOLE LOT of jumping thru hoops, disconnecting, reconnecting, trying this and that (and this again lol) finally resolved my issue! Thank goodness she was there cuz I was definitely in my feels! lol Even tho there was no sales commission or incentive for her to help me, she went WAY above and beyond! Great job Monica! When I’m ready to upgrade or expand my service, it will 100% be with you and you alone!

I came into Monica’s store this morning looking to switch service providers. Not only did I switch, but I also received some of the best service I’ve had since Covid! Go see Monica if you want some great old school customer service.
