I visited Bath and Body Works to buy a few items while I was at the mall a couple of weeks ago. The cashier, Jase was very helpful to me about the rewards app. I gave him both my email address and cell phone number for the rewards. I got my reward points on the app after my purchase on the same day of my visit. I always love some of their body washes, body lotions, and body mists that they sell. I will definitely come back in future visits. I will remember to use my digital rewards card for great deals on my future purchases.

Nice sales staff. Always helpful. Stocked with everything you need for yourself, gifts.etc. Love the smells....wonderful.

All the staff were so friendly and very helpful. If you have questions is easy to find someone because there are a lot of workers throughout the store.

I don't know why I love their 3 wick candles but I do!! I wish they were a lil cheaper but nonetheless I buy them. I used to do the wax plug in things by a competitor but have recently switched to their wall plug ins. They do last and they do fill a room. I have some car air fresheners as well but they don't seem to work. I've checked to make sure they're open and they are, they just don't smell. I won't buy these anymore. I love the mini lotions, I have bought several different smells and have settled on the hand, nails, and cuticles one bc it smells so good!

I love the Bath & Body app! The app is great for purchasing items and then it gives you the option to pick your items up in-store. This is very convenient for me. It was fast and easy. I love it. Everyone that I've come in contact with in the store is very nice and helpful. Love the app, love Bath & Body products, and love the store.

All the worker's are always very friendly & very helpful I love getting my coupon's!!

As usual, smells amazing here. Great selection and very well staffed. I bought two new scents and a body lotion on their buy two, get one free sale and was thrilled with all of them. When i checked out, my cashier was so sweet, and everything was packaged nicely. A+!

Love Bath and Body Works! Have been there 3 times in the 2018 holiday season. They prepped incredibly. Despite lines out into the mall it moved FAST. They had plenty of polite, funny, and helpful associates working. They had all their registers manned and moving like a well oiled machine. The sales are incredible. They bring out retired scents once a year and when they out they are gone. They run different promotions nearly daily.

The sales are wonderful. Their body creams are thick bit not greasy. They are extremely good at moisturizing. I find the creams to be even better on my severely dry skin than expensive known drugstore brands.

Their staff is SO friendly and helpful. You can of course test every scent in the store. They even have sinks set up to test wash your hands with their soaps.

The staff here was super helpful! They checked in regularly as we shopped, made recommendations, and were.attentive at checkout. A week ago we left the same franchise at the Galleria because they employees at checkout were more engaged in personal antics than customers standing in front of them. We tried this location, and the staff was 180 degrees opposite. We left this store with two bags full of goodies! Excellent service pays off!!

Love this place! Everyone is always friendly and eager to help you. Sometimes you’ll get a grumpy one lol, but not usually

A place full of yummy scents!! What is there not to love about it! Every time I’ve visited the store I’ve always had such a warm and welcoming greeting!! Staff are beyond sweet! They know how to pick them!

I went to Bath and Body Works in South County Mall on Friday, September 17, 2021. From the moment my daughter, my mom and I entered I felt welcomed. The lady at the entrance spoke and told us about the deals. As I was shopping, another worker asked if I was looking for anything particular and also gave some recommendations. After looking around and getting everything we wanted, we went to the checkout. The guy who checked us out was also extremely nice and also told me a great scent that I ought to smell on my way out, which I did and I loved the scent and will be back. Now, that's what I call extraordinary customer service!!! Thanks to everyone that worked that afternoon!!!

So many wonderful things to smell! The new line called Gingham is amazing! A person could go broke here if you don't show some restraint. The staff was really helpful and very friendly. Very clean store and very organized.

Went in to pick up an online order. Ended up purchasing more in store as they were having a great sale. All employees were very polite and helpful.

I went in today to get gifts for bridal shower games and Emily helped me find everything I needed. AND offered to wrap them individually like I needed with a ribbon to seal it! She was the sweetest and she didn’t make it seem like a burden at all! Thank you so much to her and to Amber who assisted at the register.
