Hunter provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, and very enthusiastic to provide excellent service to fit my rental needs. His active listening allowed him to provide quality service, and resolve a pre-existing error. Hunter should definitely be recognized for representing Hertz effectively. I needed a rental suddenly for a funeral I have to attend. From my initial call with Akira, and reservation check-in with Hunter and Brent was great. I needed a mini van, and they were able to get me a great price on the base pay. It's always good to be a Hertz Gold member to get the purks or AAA. Thanks again for your efforts as a team to get my family to our destination.

Great place. I always get my car rentals from Hertz and they have never disappointed me. I rented a car from them and I was so happy with the service. The two workers at this location, a young lady and a gentleman are very welcoming and professional. The process of picking up the car and returning it was quick and smooth.

I am very pleased to report what a helpful and understanding GM this store has. Hakeem went above and beyond for our family holiday travel. I originally book through a third party and I was able to leave a day early but attempting to modify with the third party was messy and extremely expensive. I stopped in the store a week before we needed the car to see if there was anything that could be done, and everything worked out way better than I ever would have expected and without dealing with the third party booking site. Thanks you very much Hakeem and Hertz enjoy the holidays :)

This location has always been one of the best places to rent a vehicle! Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you. I really how easy they make everything. Highly recommend!

Brent and David are always professional and courteous, there was one week the district manager pulled all their cars for another site leaving me without a reserved car and Brent made sure he got one for me by the end of the day, otherwise I would have paid more than double at the place down the street... sometimes the staff has no control over reservations, however this staff goes over and above to try and satisfy their loyal customers. I have never been disappointed and actually, on one occasion, I received a free upgrade to a luxury model because the car reserved for me showed low tire pressure, it was 15* so probably not a leak, however Brent had no problem upgrading me at no charge... hopefully this doesn't get him in trouble. :)

Had my wallet stolen with my car the other day. Went in and spoke to the manager Hakeem and he helped me out so that once I have identification I can rent a car next week. I’ll be using this hertz moving forward because of this service. I went to a few other spots and they wouldn’t even speak to me.

Need a car while both of mine in shops. The rental contract is very flexible so I can return or extend without being charged extra. Hakeem provided the best stress-free experience from start to finish. Just superb!

If you ever need a car, I highly recommend this location. Brent went out of his way to accommodate us. Great customer service. 5 stars all the way around.

I wanted to write a less than favorable review because I really dislike Hertz' overall rules compared to other car rental companies, but the staff at this location are so patient and really worked hard to resolve an issue with the car stinking like smoke and I really appreciated it, they are really amazing. BTW, smokers, stop smoking in rental cars!

A convenient one-way drop-off location to access the car dealerships in Frederick or nearby Thurmont. Fast and friend services, easy to get an Uber.

Excellent team. This location and the staff really cared about me and worked hard to help make a difficult situation work and were pleasant and empathetic throughout. They made my hot mess of a life a little brighter.
