Great storage and Excellent service.... absolutely love Kristen at the front desk! Always looking out for the customers & storage units. She's quick to respond if I have any questions or requests. Easy to access off the Westbank Expressway. Definitely recommend this storage facility.

My experience with Pelican Self Storage was great and the whole process from start to finish was super easy. The owners and office manager were both super accommodating in helping me determine which size unit I needed and getting me set up. The location was my favorite part, its super accessible and was really easy to get to when I needed something out of my unit. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Used this storage place for a while now to store vehicle. Manager Kristen is a gem! Very professional, kind and helpful. I truly recommend this facility and it’s at a convenient location. Great experience overall.

I was above impressed about how easy it was to get a unit that fit my needs. They were very responsive to my questions and needs. They also had uhauls available since I needed a truck. Thanks Pelican for the help and awesome units!

Lower prices than others in the area that I've seen. There is someone at the front which helps a lot. Convenient location. Very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely no security. Vandalized twice. Stuff stolen. They refused to refund the unused rental fees. They were quite to take it but won't return phone calls or anything else. If it were me i wouldn't rent from them even if it was for frr. Horrible bug
