We came here for the cooking experience and the 3 course meal.
Nancy met us at the door with sparkling rose, we also met Chef Carl, and got to chat before the dinner experience.
They gave us a tour of their beautiful property, where many of the ingredients are grown.

The food was top notch. Very delicious, beautiful, and appetizing!
We had great cocktails, great mocktails, and great wines!

I highly recommend coming here, it’s such a gem of a place! You’re going to love it!

Bucket list to attend a dinner at stone soup cottage, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere, food, and service is top notch!
The atmosphere is perfect in transporting you to a French countryside. We walked around the beautiful garden of flowers that they use for their table flowers. Arrived at 6 to have a cocktail before dinner and it was excellent! My husband and I are obsessed with the roll with the sprinkle of pepper. Amazing. Do the wine pairing with the dinner- the dessert wine at the end complimented the fresh peach dessert perfectly. Service was wonderful and I love how the chef brings out the food. We will definitely go back for special occasions!

Chef Carl & Nancy curated an exquisite coursed dinner experience that is second to none in the area. We felt welcomed by the staff, tasted outstanding dishes, and enjoyed every moment of our time there. Each month, Chef changes the menu based on seasonal themes and availability. The October autumn harvest selections did not disappoint; the brûléed sweet potato tartlet and salad was a personal favorite. Bravo! Cannot wait to return.

My wife and I had an amazing date night at Stone Soup Cottage as we were teleported to the French country side for a French picnic next to a pond with trickling water and live music.  Amazing food, wine, and our gracious hosts Carl and Nacy!  Thank you for an amazing evening and a much needed break!!

This was our first experience eating at a high class restaurant. It was absolutely amazing.. loved the cottage setting, the atmosphere was comfortable, cozy and elegant.. the food was incredible. Chef Carl and his family were so welcoming and friendly.. an experience of a lifetime

The restaurant is charming and intimate, located on a scenic little farm overlooking a creek. Tables are spaced appropriately to allow private conversation with your dinner companions, but without feeling isolated. Each course was beautifully plated and served personally by Chef Carl. Every bite was perfect and memorable.

A fantastic fine dinning experience with a warm atmosphere and welcoming staff. The outdoor seating area prior to dinner provides a great opportunity to relax and take in your surroundings. The food was a set menu and was excellent, even items I normally would not eat were great. Portions are fairly small which is to be expected but I left feeling content and not overly full.

It is a full evening experience. Plan on a few hours for dinner. No rushing through this meal. You get to take your time and enjoy every course. My husband and I have not spent that much time together talking in a long time. We celebrated our 33 wedding anniversary. It was a relaxing evening.

Every dish was a phenomenal presentation. Each dish was an experience of flavors that complimented each other perfectly.👌 The wine pairing was masterfully selected. 🍷 Each dish was a work of Art! It was a dining experience we will never forget!

In a country filled with delicious food and wine, Stone Soup Cottage exceeds all restaurants we’ve tried. Chef Carl’s food is beyond delicious and is so beautifully presented. His wife, Nancy, the Cottage’s sommelier, pairs the perfect wine with each course, and her cocktails are also delicious. All this and the charming Cottage nestled on a beautiful farm, with their talented family members assisting with exceptional service. We’ve enjoyed SSC many times, and we look forward to many more times to come.

Food is delicious! Most of their dishes made with fresh local ingredients. A very nice place good for special occasions. Somewhere you can actually eat, talk and enjoy the time.

Chef Carl McConnell and his amazing wife Nancy have a beautiful venue on their 40 acre farm for weddings and corporate outings, however the focus is on the culinary and wine experiences. The level of personal attention to creativity and detail will leave your pallet wondering "What just happened? Wow, that's amazing!" Stone Soup Cottage is truly unique, and could never be duplicated. You owe it to yourself to get your name on the reservation list.

Much more than just a dinner, it’s an experience that is well worth the cost, The proprietors go out of their way to ensure perfection and that you’re enjoying every moment. The food is amazing in taste… presentation makes it even better. This is a must try restaurant and we will be returning..

Stone Soup Cottage is comfortably elegant and well worth the wait and the hype. Our meal was delicious and the mix of creative ingredients, unique presentation and ambiance, paired with the wine flight was a one of a kind experience. The team was wonderful and very attentive. Chef Carl presented each course himself to our table of four and Kyle the GM kept the wine flowing and was so fun to interact with. I highly recommend this dining experience, we can’t wait to return!
