I've never actually used this pharmacy, just called them a few times to see if they have one of my meds impacted by the shortage. As a heads up for people, they are predominantly a Dermatology prescription Pharmacy and do not carry ADHD medication. That being said, the pharmacy has always been Pleasant and helpful when I've called so five stars it is

I recently had a complicated prescription situation where my anticonvulsant medication has to be the name brand, because of break through seizures with generic. Unfortunately, I am temporarily unemployed, so my coverage doesn’t cover what it did on my corporate medical plan. The medication is several thousand dollars/month. I worked closely with Kathy (Sp.) and her team at the pharmacy and they went over and above to work with my insurance company to try and lower the cost. A solution was finally uncovered. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone who is looking for a pharmacy to use this one. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been a customer for a few years now and I can say, without a doubt, that Frederick Community Pharmacy is the BEST! The pharmacist and staff are so pleasant and helpful. They have always taken the time to provide the lowest possible price. Even if that meant finding an alternative prescription that is covered by my insurance. Fatima saved me hundreds of dollars this month! I can't thank you enough! I never worry if my prescriptions will arrive on time. They are mailed out right away and arrive at my door within a couple of business days. This type of quality and compassionate service really makes a difference.

Best pharmacy I have ever used by far. The staff are always polite and professional, and they always check for manufacturers coupons to help save me money. They do this on their own every time, they definitely care about saving there customers money wherever they can. And the mail service is so fast and convenient, it's so great to have my meds shipped right to my home at no extra charge. I can't think of anything bad to say about them, if you give them a try you won't be disappointed.

My Doctor's office sent my eye drop prescription. I called and Fatima answers all my questions. She look for discounts on my medications. I saved $100.00. Fredrick Community Pharmacy sent my medication via UPS-no extra charge. It arrived the next day! I received a follow up call. I have been a customer for a few years now. I would highly recommend their service. The mail order is very fast and efficient. I have prescriptions that my insurance doesn’t cover and they always seem to be able to help me out with coupons. Would never get my prescriptions any where else!

Always great service and quick delivery but also go above! I got a call from an employee that was able to lower the cost of my prescription, 3 months for the price of 1! I struggle to pay what it costs so this is really a huge help! Would highly recommend!

First time client with Frederick Community Pharmacy and discovered they work on your behalf to keep your cost down on needed eye prescriptions. The woman who took my phone call was pleasant and professional and a pleasure to deal with. My prescriptions will be delivered within several days at no cost to me. Frederick Community Pharmacy is a wonderful pharmacy that provides excellent customer service. I have been filling my children’s dermatology prescriptions with them for several years as they are the pharmacy my dermatologist uses. They always reach out to me proactively, provide courteous, polite, and timely customer service and always deliver the prescriptions in a timely manner. They are a professional, efficient, and well run organization that I would recommend to everyone.

My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy about a year ago and it is now my go-to for all prescriptions. They are always friendly and helpful! And you can't beat having the products delivered to your door. Maddy helped me today - and she was superb!

I have been with Frederick Comunity Pharmacy for some time now and I really love the service ! They always greet you with very professional services and are very friendly. They always get our prescriptions exact and on time and they have even had them delivered to us on time! “ What more could you expect?”They are honest and very reliable!!!

My insurance company denied my Rx and my Dr. recommended using FCP since my usual pharmacy was going to charge >$200 w/o insurance. The Dr's office called in the Rx and I followed up with FCP about 10 min later. They confirmed the insurance denial but indicated that they were able to do obtain the prescription for me at a cost of $35. Furthermore they would mail it to me at no extra charge to save me a trip. I expect it to arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on the mail. 5 Stars !!!

Justine in the pharmacy department was very polite and helpful in filling my prescription for eyedrops. She also found coupons to save on the cost. I received them at my door within two days. Thank You for the professional service!

I recieved a text from the pharmacy and called to get pricing on a prescription that was VERY expensive. I spoke with Justine, she was super personable and seems very knowledgeable at her job. She was able to save me a tremendous amount of money on the prescription. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and Justine was great.

I stopped my medication insurance this year to see how much I would save. It was over $300 for the prescription insurance. Not only did I save not using that but going from CVS to Frederick Community Pharmacy has saved me hundreds!! They find the rebates and save you more than the big box store CVS, even Goodrx was ripping me off.
Completely recommend this place! They even ship your medications free!

This Pharmacy is the best!. I called a couple of times to get a specific manufacturer medication and they order it for me and I received within a few days. I could not get this type of service at any other pharmacy. They were so nice and worked with me. Thank you! SZ.

I have been using Frederick pharmacy for several years now for all of mine/my kids medication. They are phenomenal, always getting me the best prices (far better than any other pharmacies) and are very responsive. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

This pharmacy is the best! Friendly, professional. They look for coupons to get you the best deal on your meds. They charged me $100 for prescriptions that at CVS were going to cost $500!
